Its a little late to say this,but I just joined days ago.New Jersey got hit HARD with hurricane tornadoey thingy.My side of Jackson got hit the hardest!It was so scarey!All over my neighborhood trees and sidewalks,GONE.It happend July 29,2011(obviously 2011!).
 
Irene is coming over to New York this weekend. From what I've heard, the subways are closing down as a result.

Not like you'd want to go anywhere during a hurricane...
 
They were saying on NBC Nightly News (yes, I watch the news) that Irene is one of the strongest hurricanes that Northern East Coast has seen in decades. I hope all that are in the path are safe...Oh if Pokemon actually existed...
