Open Kira's Return[A Death Note RPG]

I... I finnaly worked up the nerve to make... A Death Note RPG...

I'm gonna rate this PG-13 because it DOES involve death and the... battle scenes.

PLOT(really it's the events up to the current point in time, but meh.)

After Light "died" and Near regarded as a hero, they never really found Light's body. The killing have started again and all of them had a note written in blood saying "Kira is back". Light wasn't dead, a girl named Shadow saved him. They were living in an underground city of humans with special powers. What will happen? At this point, nobody is sure.


RULES:
-No kiramodding (godmodding, heh, you like how I put that in there?=3)
-No character control.
-Only one character per person.
-Only one player can be a shinigami.
-MILD cursing is allowed.
-No Mary-sues.
-Put "Shinigami" in your post.
-You may have a played out personality.

You don't need a form for an anime character, just OCs.

In the anime L is dead, in this RPG I made him not dead to fit the actual storyline which is a variable because of the posibility of more OC characters thrown into the plot.

Shadow was watching TV. She was extermely bored because she hadn't had the chance to hiest or raid anything. "Man, that equipment is gathering dust..."

Near sighed as he typed a reply to the President of some country. The cases he was getting were not even challenging. He barely needed one brain cell to figure them out.
He rolled onto his back. He wouldn't admit it, but he missed the battle of wits with Light Yagami. He truly was a worthy opponent.

L rubbed his head as everything became clear around him. Where was he? It looked like an abandoned alley. But wait - hadn't he died because of... yes - it all came back to him.

He was in his chair, when the alarm sounded. He saw Watari collapse, then a sharp pain in his chest, then everything faded away - but not before he saw the smirking face of Light Yagami. Yes, Light Yagami was Kira, and he had to expose him. He had to find him and the members of the task force - if they were still alive. He struggled to his feet and walked out of the alley.

He gasped when he saw what was in front of him.

Shadow stared blankly at the TV. "Hey, I have an idea..." she said, pulling out her go-kart, which she engineered to be faster, quieter, and better. Then the pulled out her motor bike. "Which one... This one." she said, getting on her motor bike. She rode up the ramp from the underground city to the city above them almost directly. "Let's heist this city." she wispered to herself.

Personality: She's very carefree and a happy person. Harpy likes to sing out-loud to herself alot. She seems to have the attention span of a bumblebee, but is a bright girl. If only she'd act like it.
