• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

rage against the dying of the light

In the Torn world, nothing was right. Water flowed backwards, rocks floated in mid-air, and space and time themselves were distorted. Several portals existed in that world, but only one thing prevented the Reflections from escaping into the normal world: The Great Mirror. Now that the Mirror is shattered, the reflections have a path straight into the real world.

-------------------------------------

"Where are they?!" Spartacus wondered aloud.

He had called a meeting of the Reflections in the center of the Torn World, but so far no one had came.

"Hopefully they'll come soon, or I may be forced to invade this new world myself."

He sat down, picked up a rock, and began to sharpen his blades.

In Johto, all was okay. Pokemon wandered about, free to do whatever they like. At least until the Great Mirror was shattered.

--------------------------

Leo had called a meeting in the center of Ecruteak City to recover the Shards. All was calm and there was a slight breeze.

He smirked slightly and waited, but he knew pokemon wouldn't want to get up just yet. After all, the sun was just barely in the sky.

Sazuka smirked as he flew among the rocks.
"I say we crush them!" Ka lashed out at one of the rocks and it shattered.
"No, lets pulverise them!" Zu fired a Dragon Pulse and disentergrated another rock.
"Silence, you two. We are here for the meeting, not to smash rocks." The three headed dragon sighed and kept flying.
Why couldn't I be like the others, who have arms with no brains? Instead I'm stuck with these dimwits.
I heard that.
Ugh!

Shaxer ran swiftly through the Johto Region. He'd gotten word from a passing pidgeot that there was a meeting soon. He wasn't sure what it was all about, just something to do with the Great Mirror. He ran past the MooMoo Farm and leapt up onto a rock, staring off into the distance towards Ecruteak City. Shaxer grinned and took off again, racing towards who knows what. His thoughts turned from the Great Mirror to the reflections that could now invade..if they had gotten his sister...a single ice-laced tear fell from his eye and he shook his head, shaking out those thoughts. It wasn't the time to be weak, it was a time to be strong. The white mark on his head glowed ever so faintly as he tried to contain his grief and worry, frost forming where his paws hit the ground. He laughed and the glow faded from his scar. He'd show those reflections who's boss! That is, if he could find the meeting place. He kept on running, knowing he'd get there eventually. He had to.

Annikuyukai floated the air, flying to where Spartacus had called everyone. She had addressed her apprentices and told them to come, but no one was ready when she called them up an hour ago in an assembly, except one particularly wise xatu. The other members are now hoping that sometime they will thaw out, if they had survived the freezing. Her psychic-flying friend had hopefully teleported to Spartacus and was waiting for her.

As she approached Spartacus, the froslass waved to her... ally. He seemed to be closer to Giratina than she, yet he did not see his magnifigence! Why!

She landed next to him, noticing that no one else had come yet.

"No one respects you, yes? No one has come? No one wants to be led by you. That is because you are a fool. You must worship Giratina! He will grant us victory and secure us a place in the pokemon world!"

While we fight this war together, he will understand. Giratina will lead us!

Spartacus regarded Annikuyukai with hatred. He had to admit, the words stung. But he had an ace up his sleeve.

"Listen here, you little pest. Giratina has asked me directly to lead his armies into the real world. He does not want to attack immediately, as he has told me himself. As for why none of the others have shown up, I don't know. Maybe they just don't want to be as involved, or maybe they don't want to risk your lives. You, on the other hand, are her. So either you are foolish, or brave. Now, there's only one more person who I need at this meeting. As soon as he arrives, I'll begin to brief you on the situation."

He sat down, and began to sharpen his blades again. He was so angry that the rock he was sharpening them on split in two.

"Aww! What a cute little pokemon!" Momiji said when she saw the Ralts waiting. She saw her blue bow fall of and she picked it up. She placed it back on her ear and went over to the little Ralts. "Well, aren't you a little cutie!" she said smiling at him. "I'm Momiji, by the way."

Shaxer leaped over a fence and ran to the center of Ecruteak, skidding to a stop in a puff of frost. There was a lopunny and ralts already there. He grinned and padded over.

"Wow. Not too many people showed up, huh? So. What's the deal, anyways? What's up with the Mirror?" Curiosity bit at him like a cold wind.
