Most hated villain?

Hey! I happen to love Pearl from D/P, but you don't hear me complaining when you said you find him annoying, do you?
 
Can I just add the Emperor of Japan from Red Alert 3? Because this guy's overpowered beyond belief.

His "infantry" is a King freaking Oni surrounded by Tsunami tanks at the Battle of Tokyo, and what do I have against that? A parachuting bear and a sniper wearing barely anything.
 
Braska's Final Aeon from Final Fantasy X was a pain, because it took me like 3 weeks + a million hours of level grinding to beat him.
 
The last boss from Eternal Sonata, who is...Chopin! What the hell, man?! There's not even a good reason he's the last boss; he just figures if everyone is part of his imagination, he can't be beaten. And he's really hard, to boot. He has like two new bullshit attacks that he didn't have as you played him. Pissed me off so much. D:<

Also, PMD Gengar. I like him for being such a jerk, but for being level 15 in the afterstory quests AAAARGH.
