PLOT (Thanks, Jason-kun!) :

Set in an alternate universe where the Kyuubi attack did not happen, Konoha has decided to start up a "Ninja Exchange Program" in order to promote unity between Hidden Villages. Skeptical, the other villages agreed to this suggestion, allowing for Genin to spend a limited amount of time in a village outside their own. Everything was said to be good, but they were wrong.

The Village Hidden the in Mist sent in spies to each village to gather this information. Once word spread out, the various villages went to war against the Mist Village. After a few battles, the village fell and the program was restarted. Now the programs been sealed off from letting Mist Village ninja participate and things seem to be going well.

However trouble is stirring in the shadows. The Akatsuki are getting stronger and have started to move, forming alliances with smaller villages. Now exchanges must learn to adapt to their surroundings in order to help their temporary homes and stop the villages from falling into chaos.

You are a ninja, or ninja-in-training, in one of the two most well-known villages: the Leaf or Sand. (You may choose to be a canon character or original). Your surroundings may be new to you, or they may not be. But what is it lurking in the darkness? You'll have to discover it somehow, and at the same time, manage to live in the villages, keeping peace.

Name: Inuzuka Mitsubachi
Gender: Female

Village: Leaf

Clan: Inuzuka
Appearance: Her height is about five feet, so she's rather tall for her age. Her hair is shaggy and brown, but long and goes down a bit past her shoulders. Her eyes are a dark brown, rather similar to a dog's. The main thing that contributes to her height is her long legs. The red marks that are on most of the Inuzuka clan's faces are down and to the right from her eyes. Usually, she wears a plain gray jacket and pants, with the normal shoes, but occasionally she switches her gray jacket for a black one when doing missions in the dark.
Personality: Quick-thinking, Mitsubachi enjoys using strategy over brute force. She doesn't like being pushed around and sometimes can be a bit bossy if she's in a bad mood. Along with that, she has a short temper, which can be her weakness. When angry, she is rash and doesn't think much, seeming very different. However, normally, she is calm and careful. She can be a bit childish sometimes also. If she's around someone she likes or something like that, for example, Hyuuga Neji, she is rather timid and lets herself follow instead of lead. However, her short temper is still retained, even though she tries her hardest not to let it go.
Biography: Born on November 12th, she enjoys autumn and cold weather, since it reminds her of when she was born. However, she doesn't mind going to Suna. Her sister's name was Kobaki, but she doesn't really remember her sister since she went to Suna a while ago. Her dog is an akita named Negai, which means wish.
Custom Jutsu: Fang Over Fang, and...
Jutsu Name- Hurricane Fang
Effect- It's kind of like Fang Over Fang, but requires a lot more energy. It only hits once, but it is accurate and very powerful. It's also a much larger "vortex".
Level of Chakra/Concentration needed- It needs a lot of chakra, maybe one-fifth Mitsubachi's total amount.
Trigger?- None
Weakness- Although it doesn't take as much chakra as some other jutsu, Mitsubachi and Negai are left tired and rather dizzy unlike Kiba in the manga >:(

I never intended for it to only be between Kohona and Suna but if you want, okay.

Name: Kirei Tenshou
Gender: Male
Age: 15
Village: Leaf/Kumo
Rank: Chuunin
Clan: Tenshou Clan. His clan ability allows him to infuse his blood with chakra to form a sword for a limited amount of time.
Appearance: Kirei stands at a small hieght of five foot four. His black hair with its pink streaks can usually be found tied up in a ponytail, his brown eyes glaring at other students. Typically he can be found wearing baggy blue jeans and a black shirt covered by the typical uniformal vest seen on Chuunins.
Personality: Kirei's immature for his age and rank. This combined with the fact he boast at being the best tends to piss others in the village up. Still adjusting to Kohona, he's a bit shy around the Hyuuga clan, well except for Neji who he has dubbed as "Girly-hair". Loud and obnoxious, he has alot to learn if the exchange program and his new life are going to work.
Biography: Kirei isn't really from Konoha to be honest. Originally from Kumo, his whole world changed one day after nearly being killed by a ninja from an enemy village whilst out making sure all was well on the Kumo boarder. A ninja from Kohona spotted him as well as the ally of the ninja who attacked him, helped him sneak into Kohona. Eventually Kumo attacked the village, hoping to kill him for betrayel. After saving one of his two allies from harm, he was welcomed as an offical member of the Leaf Village. Once more he went on a journey to the final ally of the trio's villahge of Daichigakure ((Made-up village, I'll give a bio for that later if allowed.)) so that Tsunade could help heal their leader. After this mission, he returned to Kohona to settle in with life once more. ((There. All coming from a previous roleplay turned fanfic located here and here.))
Custom Jutsu:
Jutsu Name-Sword Forming Blast
Effect- While at the start of the battle, Kirei has to put out some of his blood and infuse it with his chakra to make it form into the sword.
Level of Chakra/Concentration needed- Extremely High
Trigger?- It requires mixing one's blood and a huge amount of chakra to pull off.
Weakness- Drains Kirei of his chakra, leaving him able to only use weapons. Aslo although it has a good radious, summoning it causes Kirei to move slow so he has little chance of hitting his actual target.
Notes- Kirei barely uses this.

Custom Jutsu:
Jutsu Name- Puppet Shower Jutsu
Effect- Kirei tosses a small puppet shaped like himself to float in the air. When it gets hit by even a small amount of chakra or any form of hitting, it burst raining down kunai and shuriken on whoever burst it.
Level of Chakra/Concentration needed- Low
Trigger?- It's triggered by being hit by anything that isn't wind.
Weakness- Can sometimes hit the wrong target or not break at all.

Justu Name- Summoning Jutsu Hell's Lion *insert name here*!
Effct- Kirei uses some of his blood to summon a lion of varying degrees of age andstrength depending on how much chakra he has.
Level of Charka/Concentration needed- Varies depending on which lion he wants to summon.
Trigger?- It's triggered by using a blood seal due to his contract with lions.
Weakness- Lions disappear after their job is done or when they get hit with too strong of an attack.

Name: Hitatsumaki Tategoto
Gender: Female
Age: 15
Village: Leaf
Rank: Chuunin.
Clan: Hitatsumaki - skilled with fire jutsu
Appearance: Tategoto has a lean build and stands at about 5'2". Her hair is a dark brown and straight, and reaches about five inches past her shoulders. Her eyes are a sky blue with a hint of teal in them. She wears a simple Konoha Chuunin suit with nothing special.
Personality: Tategoto is a bit nervous with new things, as explained in her biography, and she can't make leader-type decisions very easily but otherwise she tries to do the best she can. She likes helping others with their work and doesn't quit a mission because of something too hard, unless she knows her life is in danger.
Biography: Until she was about seven years old, Tategoto lived a relatively normal life in the Leaf Village. She doesn't know why, but she didn't even try to become a ninja until (for yet another unknown reason) her family moved to the Sound village. She was a bit nervous at first because these people were known to be rivals of Konoha. She lived there for the next five years of her life, enrolling as a ninja in the first year. Then, for some odd reason, she moved back to the Leaf and had to get her headband and suit exchanged for that of Konoha. She was rather nervous (again) because she had made a few friends in her previous home but knew that nothing lasted forever.
Other: Is it okay if she knows the Sound Five because of where she lived or do they not exist here?

Jutsu Name-
Effect- Creates two small fireballs and shoots them forwards, crisscrossing each other on their path and coming in on the enemy from both sides.
Level of Chakra/Concentration needed- Rather low, really.
Trigger?- Manual
Weakness- Every jutsu has one.

Jason-Kun: At first I thought it would be too complicated, since I don't really know anyone from any place other than Konoha and Suna, but if you're willing to contribute something, that's fine with me. He can be from Kumo, that's fine.

I was thinking we wouldn't use canon characters from the other villages, and made-up students and teachers for those would be allowed. How's that?

quick question before I post my form: where does the Shukaku stand in regards to this "alternate universe?" I plan on using Gaara, and I was wondering how he would be different
 
*Pokes.* Psst, although Kirei may have been born and raised in Kumo, he's been living in Kohona for a few months pririor to the rp, so you might want to change that.

Name:Hatake Oreku
Gender:Male
Age: 19
Village: Leaf, spent time studying Puppet Mastery in Sand.

Clan: Hatake- Copy Ninja, 3rd Eye Jutsu (special)
Appearance: Slightly under 6 feet tall, hair is stark white, resembling Kakashi's, except it falls across his face slightly. He was born with only his left arm, and using copy skills has fashioned a right puppet arm and infused it with his chakra. He wears a mask similar to the black ops, only it is very cracked and has faded to pure white, his vibrant blue eyes show through the holes. His dress is similar to Kakashi's, seeing as how he wears Kakashi's old clothes. He wears his headband around his left arm.
Personality: Very self-conscious about his physical appearance, however very confident in his long range shuriken abilities and jutsu. He is very quiet, reserving his words. Much like Shino he is very intelligent, but chooses mostly to keep that intelligence to himself.
Biography: Born with only one arm and a third eye in the middle of his forehead, Oreku was considered a curse to the Hatake clan and was kept a secret. Not even Kakashi acknowledges the existence of his younger brother. He was trained in private by Kakashi until at the age of twelve Kakashi told him that due to the fact he only had one arm, he would never be a successful copy ninja. After this, Oreku fled, he spent time studying other villages with his Third Eye Jutsu, which is very similar to the Byakugan, with the exception that Oreku cannot move while he performs it. He eventually stumbled upon the Sand Village, and became intrigued by the puppet master jutsu. He studied this until he finally crafted himself a right arm and a mask out of wood. he infused the arm into his Chakra system. He can now successfully copy other ninjas movement, however being not as fast or accurate as Kakashi, he generally chooses to use his puppet arm to launch detonating shuriken. He recently returned to the village under secrecy to hopefully resume training.
Other:His puppet arm conceals a long chain, so he can shoot his hand, the hand has holes in it that conceal hundreds of sharp pin shuriken, making his hand effectively a mace. He can also launch the pin shuriken from his hand. He is a long range ninja with poor close range defense and combat.


I hope this works out... I spent forever on this. However, I have no qualms with revising whatever needs to be. ^.^


Also, wouldn't Gaara have already become the Kazekage of the sand village at this point in time?

EDIT: So my puppet arm jutsu's and Third Eye Jutsu is okay? Also, I think we should post any custom Jutsu's and the exact effect of the Jutsu, that way when we get into the actual RP, there is no questions about the use and effect of Jutsu's. Just a thought.

I was thinking something along the lines of

JUTSU NAME: self explanatory

JUTSU EFFECT: Also self-explanatory.

LEVEL OF CHAKRA/CONCENTRATION NEEDED: This way people can't be pulling off their hardest Jutsu at the drop of a hat.

TRIGGER? Is it user controlled or does it take a trigger (Like Kyuubi or Shukaku)

WEAKNESS: Every Jutsu has some sort of weakness, even Shukaku, his weakness is that Gaara loses control of his actions. :)




But, you know, that's just my idea, not my RP, so feel free to do it however you would like.
 
Sounds good. I remembered a custom jutsu section from the other RP, so I'll add your suggestion.

I edited my form not only to include the custom jutsu, but I also forgot an important part of Mitsubachi: her dog.
 
M'kay, yeah, I thought a form would be a good idea, that way you have to approve, then we don't have any insane "I-KILL-EVERYONE" Jutsu. ^.^

Custom Jutsu:
Jutsu Name- Third-Eye Jutsu
Effect- Very similar to Byakugan in effect. However, when triggered allows a view of the next 5 seconds, bittersweet in battle.
Level of Chakra/Concentration needed- Its autonomous, so next to none, unless viewing 5 seconds ahead of time, then it drains quickly.
Trigger?- Either, without view of the future it is manual, however during times of extreme stress and pressure future view automatically activates.
Weakness- Leaves Oreku completely immobilized during use of either form, should never be used during close range combat.


Jutsu Name - Puppet Bomb Jutsu
Effect- Launches pin shuriken from Oreku's puppet hand, these can either be coated in poison, or have paper bombs attatched to them
Level of Chakra/Concentration needed - Minimum chakra, alot of concentration to aim and fire precisely
Trigger?- None, completely manual
Weakness - Leaves Oreku's puppet hand hollow and fragile, easily dodged from a distance.

Jutsu Name - Puppet Fist Jutsu
Effect - Detatches and launches puppet hand, stays connected to arm via chain, shuriken are linked to chain, making it a very deadly weapon. Hand still functions.
Chakra/Concentration - High level of chakra needed to maintain, generally used in times of extreme peril. Extreme focus needed as well.
Trigger? - Reaction when in close range combat. Instinct
Weakness - Very slow and easily dodged from a distance.
