All right. Lucidia will eat Cresselia. But she won't get the idea unless someone else does it. Or I could make her ask what we're going to do with the corpse.
 
Nothing. I found out what to do. She follow-suited with the other carnivores :) It's just that in my mind a little teeny Pokemon like Lucidia wouldn't consider eating a dead legendary right off the bat. But since she saw others doing it, she might as well do so. I sometimes relate my characters to how my own mind works, but within their sensible personalities.
 
Draxwea isn't actually eating Cresselia. She's just cutting off her crest because she's mean like that.

Besides, she can't chew, so she can't eat Cresselia because she's too big to be swallowed whole. And Draxwea doesn't eat creatures of the Light because they have cooties.
