[Platinum] Burmy Mistake?

Actually more of a harmour fan
I've noticed that on my new Platinum from Fred Meyer, Razor Leaf is not-very-effective against Ground Burmy (the tan one) and neutral against Steel Burmy (the pink one). It's the same with my sister's game. Is this a glitch, mistake or am I getting the types wrong?
 
It should be not-very-effective against any Burmy, since Burmy is pure Bug... the second types don't get added on until it evolves into Wormadam.

So if Razor Leaf is doing neutral damage to a Trash Cloak Burmy, something is definitely wrong.

No, Confusion does neutral damage. But thanks for lifting the confusion.

I can't remember when that happened, but 99% sure it did. Or maybe I was spacing out like always.
