Does anyone know what point of the game you unlock Wi-Fi battling? Me and a friend (you know who you are!) both got Platinum on the same day, and we were going to have regular battles, but we aren't sure when wi-fi is unlocked... Does anyone know?

EDIT:Don't worry, we have unlocked it now..

More specifically, all the Wi-Fi functions seem to be unlocked after you get the first badge. That's also when they finally let you into the GTS.
 
Oh. I guess I just didn't notice that it was open before getting the badge, then... the GTS won't let you in until you get the first badge, and it just made sense that all the Wi-Fi stuff would be unlocked at the same time.
