Poképolis

Despite already having a RP thread, I had to make this one, because it's that awesome.

In the south sea, far from Kanto, Sinnoh or any region is an island, it's fairly big, but it's impossible to reach, as there are always storms in the area around it. The island is a bit tropical, and it's usually sunny, but in the middle is a huge, modern city, the ones who live there live like anyone do, with cars, TV's, computers, skyscrapers and everything like that.
But no man has ever reached the island, dead or alive, so what lives in this city, you might ask?

Pokémon, only Pokémon live in the city, therefor having the name "Poképolis"

occupation: Police
Biography: Has lived in Poképolis all his life, he actually tried to find a dawn stone to evolve into a Gallade, but never found one. On his birthday on his 20th birthday, a friend(who was a Eevee) mentioned seeing a dawn stone in a cave in the forest around the city, as he didn't evolve until the very second he was born 20 years ago, it was a mad rush to find it. When he found it, it turned out to be a water stone. He later got his revenge by throwing the water stone into the head of his friend, the Eevee, causing him to evolve into a Vaporeon, as Gardean knew he wanted to evolve into a Jolteon. He later got a job at the police squad, usually working undercover, spying, and following suspects.
Other: Often uses his feminine look to trick people, help his spying or just watch people snap completely when he says he's a guy after they try to attract him.


This RP can begin directly, as it's played in giant city.

Second, Gardevoir's Japanese name is Saanaito.

FULL name: Thalia Ootachi
Age: 15
Species: Furret
Occupation: Runs around the city, in the police with Gardean.
Biography: Started living in the city as a Sentret. Thalia evolved when she was 13, and immediately signed up for the police force.
Other: I was going to the Random Sprite Generator to get inspiration for a character, and Gardevoir came up! ;D And for Philly, I found Latios.

FULL name: Amber Mizuraaji
Age: 14
Species: I was going to be Swampert, but I read this and now I think Marshtomp.
Occupation: She's not really old enough to have a job, but she helps out with her mother's financial problems, and goes to junior high.
Biography: Amber was born on June 22nd, 1995. It was raining that day, of course. It wasn't easy for her to make friends, due to her quiet but rash personality, and the first one she made that stayed her friend for a long time was when she was 11, with a Bulbasaur named Butch. Butch was a 12-year old Bulbasaur who had a timid nature at first, but after making friends with Amber, became more brave. He's thankful for her because of that. Amber evolved just after school, one day, when it was hailing.

FULL name: Butch Fushigisou
Age: 14
Species: Ivysaur
Occupation: Still not old enough to have a job here, but he helps his parents with planning and goes to junior high.
Biography: Butch was born on December 9th, 1994. His brother was killed when Butch was 9, by falling off a cliff. Since then, Butch was timid and easily scared, but when he was 12, he met Amber, who was pretty much the only one who would understand his cowardliness. He didn't evolve until February 27th, when the first rains of 2008 came instead of snow.
Other: He appears to have a crush on Amber.

Hmm... I have to say I like them both the same. Saanaito sounds more proper, Sirnight has a little lag at the end that makes it sound nice.

Amber trotted off to school, Butch by her side. They were in mostly different classes but arithmetic, and they couldn't see each other often during the day, but arithmetic was in the middle of the day, meaning that the friends met in the morning, afternoon, and later afternoon.

Species: Umbreon
Occupation: Middle School, and helps out the police a little by telling them what she's seen.
Biography: Her mother, a Vaporeon, and her father, a Jolteon, named her Moonlight because she said she wanted to be an Umbreon. When she had her first birthday party at night, she was so excited that she evolved into Umbreon.

Occupation: Hobo! *shot* I mean, thief. Sounds better than robber.
Biography: Ran away from home at twelve, to try to live on her own. Storm evolved recently, and hopes to get back at her crappy parents. Storm has a little hideoutplace-thing in the wooded area around Pokepolis.
Other: Uhhh, she knows Dragon Claw and Dragon Pulse? (Other moves too, of course.)

Occupation: Assassin
Biography: Ever since he was young, death and despair were drilled into his mind, since his mom died when he was young. One day, he was kidnapped by an expert assassin. He was trained by that expert and soon overthrew the expert, becoming the top assassin.

FULL name: Nobody knows her true name, but she goes by "Rose Hawthorne"

Species: Leafeon
Occupation: Used to be an assassin, now she is a aromatherapist and potions maker (Forgot the true name for that)
Biography: She says she has a hatred for children. She was an assassin before Ren became the top.

"Spying mission again?" Gardean commented on the mission, given to him by his boss, a Metagross, "And on a school on top of it?" The Metagross looked seriously at him, "Gardean, this is a serious case" He said, "The HEAD TEACHER is actually suspecting a teacher is selling drugs((They do exist in the pokémon world, too)) and requested someone to do this mission!" Gardean looked pretty annoyed, "But why me out of all living beings at this place?" The Metagross smiled, "Because you're the only one who won't end up scaring the crap out of the students. You get extra payed, by the way" Gardean sighed, "Whatever you say, Vince" Vince smiled once again, "Good! You begin tomorrow, I'll just call the head teacher and tell them you're coming" Gardean walked away, a bit annoyed, "I at least get extra payed" He said, as a away of cheering himself up.

Ren slipped silently into the room of newspaper reporter, Lila Bond, a Monferno. She was going to send her story about the assassins the the press.

But Ren would never let that happen.

He let out a Grass Knot around the sleeping reporter's throat. Soon, she was dying. The dwindling flame was just enough to burn the incriminating papers.

He swiftly left the room, hiding the ashes of the paper in a faraway dumpster.

Rose walked down the street to her spa that focused on potions and scents.

"It's barely light out." she groaned, "And yet, Pokemon flock the my spa. I barely have time to breathe."

She moaned as she opened the door to her shop.

Age: 28
Species: Blaziken
Occupation: Jr. High/Middle School Teacher
Biography: He was born a torchic, and had great ambitions, so he went to college and got his Ph. D in battling. He then became a school teacher, who teaches how to battle against each other for sport. It is like Gym Class.
Other: He is a bachelor.

Storm slid her claws under the window latch, and opened it with a click. She jumped inside the oversized house, and flexed her claws. The good thing about not having fingers was the police couldn't trace you. Storm grinned, and swung her tail around so she could see the room. She grabbed a few of the shiniest things in the room, and wandered around, looking for the safe. Storm found it in the master's bedroom, and snorted.
"Should've put it in the bank," she whispered, and Flamethrowered the door. A light came on as Storm grabbed everything from the safe. Standing in the doorway was an angry looking Grovyle.
"Get out, or i call the police," he yelled. Probably around her age. Storm laughed, and used a Heat Wave on him. His body fell to the ground, and she dashed out the window. Storm had no problems with killing anymore. Maybe she should consider becoming an assassin?
All in a day's work, she thought, and went back into the forest.

Gardean was up early today, and before beginning as a teacher he got a quick chat with the head teacher, a Milotic.
"I'm glad the police sent a expert to help us" She said. Gardean sat on a chair at the other side of the desk, "I can't think of a way to thank you!" Gardean answered calmly "No need, the police is just glad to help" The Milotic gave him a list of the students in the classes he was gonna have. He reacted to one name. "Moonlight Fullmoon?! Shit.." he said, scratching his head, "You know her?" The Milotic said, "She helps the police at times" Gardean answered, "If she blows my cover I won't be able to do this mission" He once again scratched his head. "Shiiiit..."

Amber hopped out of her bed and looked out the window towards the blue sky. It was another day of school. She sighed, grabbing her lunch and heading out the door. She met Butch at the intersection, and they walked to either middle school or junior high; they were practically the same thing.

Storm counted the money from the safe last night. It was exactly $500, around enough to get her through for about a week. She got up and went to see what she could buy.
