Open Presidency Gone Wrong

Suddenly, Niko appeared after a long vacation in the Jhoto region. "Ah," he said, "we have a new member on the island. Do you have a place to stay?" He asked.
 
"Aqu-Aquana. Look at yourself! You-you're different!" she said, pointing to the black Pokemon with yellow rings and red eyes.
 
As Oo was heading to his home, near the little outskirts of the island, he met a group of people he had just seen, like the Mewtwo. Oo also saw an Umbreon, however. "Who's this?" he asked.
 
"What? What are you staring at?!" Aquana said, and looked around, confused.

"Agh!" She said as she noticed her paws were black. "Wh-what happened? I-I evolved!" She screamed.
 
"Yes-yes you did!" she said. Masquerade looked up. It was a full moon, causing Aquana's rings to shine with a brilliant glow.
 
"Ooo... I'm beautiful..." Aquana was delighted, she actually wanted to become a Vaporeon, but she had changed her mind now.

"B-but the name 'Aquana' won't work now, would it?" Aquana thought. "Maybe I should change my name to... Moonlight. Yes, Moonlight. Please call me Moonlight from now on!" Moonlight said, and looked at her yellow rings, which gave off a brilliant glow.

"I love the dark, I just found out..."
 
"Oh darn it!" Koro said to himself in his hut. "I forgot my special rock at the store!" Annoyed, Koro stepped outside his home and headed back to his store. On his way, he couldn't help but notice an Umbreon lit up under the moonlight with a few other of the island's Pokemon. He didn't recognize the Umbreon, but it seemed oddly familiar...he went up to the group of Pokemon.
"Hey, guys. Who's this Umbreon?" He asked.
 
"The Umbreon's Aquana, who's changed her name to Moonlight upon evolution!" replied Masquerade.
 
"Moonlight, that's a nice name!" exclaimed Oo. "Well, better be heading off now. Have a lesson tomorrow in the morning. See you guys soon!" Oo walked off, went home, and went to bed.

[the next day...]

Blozz awoke, feeling slightly refreshed from yesterday. He sat up and proceeded to the river. a drink being absolutely necessary.
 
As Oo woke up, he went to his Dance Studio, and opened up shop. A few minutes later, a Lotad entered. "How ya doin' there, Lotad? Have you practiced your dance moves?"
 
Masquerade awoke to the morning sun and stretched. She decided to let Moonlight sleep aa little longer, and snuck out of the house to grab some breakfast for the both of them.
 
Dan awoke at the bottom of his pond. He shot straight out the water, roaring to awaken those who were asleep. He then made a gigantic splash back in and caught a fish to eat.
 
Masquerade noticed Hana waking up. Good morning! she telepathed. If Moonlight wakes up, tell her I'm getting breakfast, OK?
 
Koro slowly woke up and stretched. "Oh, yeah! I was so distracted by Moonlight last night, I forgot to get my stone that I left at the shop last night!!" Koro said. He quickly hopped out of bed and ran out the door towards his store.
 
As Oo finished the Lotad's lesson, he decided to get some breakfast. He decided to pick some berries in some bushes all around the island.
