Back from the dead.
The United States is in the middle of an arms race against other nations, who are preparing for war. Yeah. That's right.

The United States have already finished their nuclear weapon. Now, it's up to the other nations to build theirs before the United States launch theirs.

Recently, the United Kingdom has leaked data from the United States, and built a complete replica of their weapon- One is deadly enough, but two? It gets worse when the exact same data is spread across the nations in war.

With so many nukes, the results can be catastrophic. Fortunately, none of the nukes have been finished except for the United States, while the others are missing an element.

The nations all strive for something different. Unfortunately, they all have the same element in mind.

The element is newly discovered- Pulotorium. It is extremely dangerous and radioactive, making it perfectly ideal.

Little to they know, they are about to make the worst mistake in history.

Meanwhile, a majority of teens in the United States aren't aware of what's about to happen.

As the nations release their bombs, most are actually aimed for the United States.

Soon, one of the many bombs will be released, in a large area of New York and the surrounding area.

It will hit many of those teenagers. Little do they know, they will come out unscratched, unhurt, unaltered.

Or so they thought.

These particular teenagers are being altered, slowly.

The've all heard of Pokemon, but becoming one? No. Just no.

They slowly gain Pokemon parts. The process speeds up each day, until they are completely transformed.

These teenagers might want to turn back, or they might want to stay this way. Either way, they are all up for revenge on the other nations for ruining their entire life ahead of them.

When you state the Pokemon you become, legends aren't allowed, and you are limited to Basic Stage Pokemon.

Regular people are limited to age 13-17, unless you're playing as an adult, which spans from 18-100,000,000,000,000,000,000 30.
You are allowed to become your own Fakemon, but not a sprite. It must be yours, and the sprite must be detailed. You will also have to describe it and it's abilities in the 'Others' section.

Reserved. This is actually one of the first Roleplays I'm doing that involves the real world on this forum, but I didn't think too highly of the idea when I was writing it. I was actually considering quiting writing it.

Name: Calyx

Gender: Male

Age: 16

Transform Into: Zangoose

Personality: Mostly PO, but the basics are that Calyx is one of the more serious types. You don't get on his bad side, and he'll try not to get on yours. Despite this, he's still up for a little fun here and there.

Appearance: Calyx has dark brown hair, which falls to his shoulders and in front of his eyes. His skin is slightly tanned, enough to show that he's been in the sun quite a lot. He's heterochromatic, as his left eye is an eloquent green and his right a seclusive brown. The clothes he wears consist of a black, long-sleeved shirt, with faded jeans with print. His shoes are white and red sneakers.
Calyx also wears a bright golden necklace that he fiddles around with when bored.

Bio: Calyx was born into a middle-class family. However, all he remembers from his youngest years was that he was never in one place for long. His family moved from place to place, sometimes in between continents. They finally settled in New York when he was four.

Once they settled down, his parents conceived another child, Calyx's sister, Alyssa. Calyx never took a liking to her, as she cried almost nonstop. Once she began to talk was when he began connecting with her. When he was ten and she was six, Calyx began becoming extremely protective of her, but she never really paid attention. Unfortunately, when Calyx was fourteen and visiting a friend's house and Alyssa was left home alone, she was murdered. The culprit was caught about a month later, but Calyx never felt that justice had been achieved. He felt...empty.

Now, at 16, Calyx still feels empty, but he has moved on. He's changed from the bouncy, happy boy, to the rebellious, serious teenager. When he realizes that he's turning into a Pokemon, he vows revenge on the ensuing nations at war. However, he's not sure if he wishes to stay a Zangoose or not...

Relationships: None, but completely open~

Other: I'm totally guessing that Zangoose is basic stage, since it can't evolve. If not, just tell me and it'll change. :D

Name: Allum Elle

Gender: Male

Age: 14

Transform Into: Tropius

Personality: He is generally cheery, but can act serious if needed. Allum usually focuses on the matter at hand and can find sympathy for almost anyone. He can, however, be hard to get along with at times. Rest is PO.

Appearance: Allum usually wears a green jumper with a black tshirt underneath and jeans. The hood of his jacket is almost always pulled forward to shade his face. His hair is short, black and usually hangs to cover his eyes. His skin is slightly tanned and his eyes are bright blue. He wears a silver moon on a chain around his neck.

Bio: Allum was born in a small town in the south west of Australia. For the first eight years of his life he would help his mother in the garden. When he was ten he was put into a class for the gifted. This class took him around the south west so he never really made any good friends, even with those in his class. When he was thirteen his class was flown over to the US for a few months. He was in New York when the bomb hit.

Relationships: None, open though.

Name: Estelle Reid
Gender: Female
Age: 16
Transform Into: Ponyta

Personality: Estelle normally has a cheerful and sunny disposition, except in times of urgency or whenever seriousness is needed. She is quite confident in herself, and is known to be somewhat of a flirt. This flirting is either because she truly does have an interest in the person or she wants something and is trying to manipulate them. Besides her liking to get her way, Estelle generally is kind hearted and loves meeting new people.

Appearance: Estelle's stature is on the small side, only being five feet tall. Due to being so small in build, she isn't really on the busty side. She has tan-ish skin and blue eyes under long, black eyelashes. She has straight, blonde hair that falls right about elbow level with cut across bangs. From a first glance, the most noticeable feature about Estelle’s face is a beauty mark near her right eye. Estelle wears a striped, flowy top with a black belt strapped on her middle. Over that, she typically wears a gray jacket. She also wears blue skinny jeans and black boots.

Bio: Growing up in Nevada, Estelle was raised by her mother since her father wanted nothing to do with them. She never knew her father, but wasn’t inclined to meet someone who would be so cold as to leave their child and lover. Estelle’s mother struggled to make money, so Estelle would usually be left home alone when her mother had to work at night. It was difficult and very lonely, so Estelle would watch the few musicals they had on their small television. This sparked her love for the movies, and most importantly, Broadway. Knowing this, her mother managed to save enough money for a sixteenth birthday present and take Estelle to New York City to go to a Broadway musical. The same time the bomb went off is also when Estelle was visiting.

Age: 17

Transform Into: Seviper

Personality: She's...not really a good kid. She does many illegal things. She has a fun-loving demeanor, but also gets really cruel.

Appearance:. She has long, black hair with a pink-dyed streak going down the back. She has dark blue eyes. She wears a black hoodie with mutiple pockets, to store any items she might need for her "jobs". She wears a pair of grey sweatpants with a purple patch of a skeleton melting in flames.

Bio: Her parents never taught her much about the world and all the things common in New York City. When she got into high school, some girls asked her if she wanted to join a "club". She accepted, not knowing what she was getting herself into. The "club" was actualy a ruthless street gang named "Toxic Love". She tried to refuse to join the gang, but they threatened her with death.

She didn't want to do these things for the gang, but little by little, she started to accept it. She now loves the gang and has basically no morals. The bomb went off when she was robbing a woman of her jewelery.

Age: 15
Transform into: Ralts
Personality: She is the quiet type. She also stares into space quite often, like if someone was talking to her she stares into space thinking of something else altogether. Though, she is friendly, she can be harsh if you push her too far. She likes classical music and some rap music.
Apperance: Anju has short, curly brown hair. It reaches to her shoulder and the ends are straight. Her eyes are a neon green color. She is wearing a green shirt and white pants normally.
Bio: She was not born in New York, but in New Jersey. She was one of the higher up students and her parents had her take trumpet lessons. At night she would go outside and play the trumpet in one of the richer houses in the neighborhood. She had grown up in a school for those in the higher classes then normal school. Her parents had to move to New York to get higher up in the business society. Since she had to transfer schools, she was walking to see what it was like at the time the bomb hit.
Relationships: Open to one, Parents were at work when bomb hit.
Other: She can play the trumpet. :3
