Closed The Hiding

"Thank you, Shock." She said gratefully, taking the mixture from his hand, and rubbed it on her knee. It stopped hurting a few minutes afterwards. The Riolu looked up to the Raichu and made eye contact.
"Wow, you're good at mixing things, Shock." She said, remembering the first time they met. Every since then, she admired him, but never admitted her feelings.
Cassanova was just happy that Kari was okay. He looked at Kari's eyes and noticed them sparkling with admiration. The Charmeleon tensed and clenched his fists, but quickly remembered he didn't want Kari to see his brutal side.
 
((Sorry, have been away and will until Aug 15. Did I say that already? Well, anyway..))

Meanwhile, a certain Starly was sitting in front of a girl and a Chimchar, looking amused. The girl was about 10, and extremely frustrated.
"Come on! This is insane!!"
She threw another Pokeball, the 12th she'd used. It didn't even wobble, smashing open immediately. What was with this thing? That was her last one. Wasted on a Starly. Her Chimchar kept attacking, and it wasn't even hurt.
Torment shrugged and hopped, flying away to the others. The girl blinked in confusion and left.
 
Hagi grunted and sent waves of psychis energy that confused the remaining predators before returning to his business. He gulped down the water.
 
((Er, it's in your siggy...but I'll be away for quite a while.))
Ty was fighting as best he could. The human held a bag, filled with kidnapped pokemon.
The Turtle Pokemon snatched the bag of Pokeballs, running until he was out of breath and his chest felt like it was on fire. He rested in a bush, the one where shock and the others were.
Shock heard something in the bush. He prepared a Focus Punch, but held fire. His paw was glowing blue, ready to strike....
 
Kari looked over into the bushes and got behind Shock.
Cassanova clenched his fist agian, preparing another Headbutt.
 
Hagi had finished drinking and was emerging from the bushes. Just when he thought he was out of that mess the 2 hidden Pokemon striked.

"Gah! You crazy fools!" He grunted and kicked when he was punched so hard he fell over.
 
Kari gasped when she saw him. It was Hagi, the Pokemon that Kitty and Ty got in a fight with before.
Cassanova apologized.
"I'm sorry, I thought you were a threat for a second." He said.
 
He staggered when he tried to stand at first but shook off the pain and looked at them.

"You'll be safe for now. I managed to scare off the rest of them." His nostrils were flared in annoyance but he didn't bite.
 
Torment found the others and floated over to them, crossing his arms. He hovered in the air, pretending to sit on Hagi.
"How's Scabby? Still so incoherent, it's entertaining?"
Kitty giggled and sat on her brother's head, playing with one of his ears.
"Weirdo. Nobody talks like that except you. Silly cat."
The Mewtwo shook his head, sending his sister tumbling onto the ground, still laughing uncontrollably. He shrugged and pretended to ignore her, but chuckling.
"Jeez, has a human drugged you or something? Laughing like you're insane. It would explain a lot. And don't call me that, shorty."
"Hey, for someone who supposed to be so blood thirsty, you seem to be laughing a lot. Shorty? Excuse me??"
This happened a lot. The two weren't really arguing, just joking around, but it seemed like they were. Torment tried to look serious.
"So, it appears I've missed something important. Some human kid ws trying to catch me when I was turned into a Starly. They failed miserably, surprised?"

Kari ran over to Ty and the Pokeballs. The pink Riolu greeted the Wartortle, and asked what all the Pokeballs were for.
Cassanova also walked up to Ty, and introduced himself.
"Hello. I am Cassanova. Pleasure to meet you. I've already been introduced by the others." He said, his eyes shifting to Kari.
 
Kari's eyes widened as she heard Ty say the Pokeballs held the poached Pokemon. Without thinking, she grabbed one of them and threw it, releasing an Abra. She paid no attention and released another one, this time a Ponyta. She kept it up, trying to find the Pokeball that held her brother.
Oh, Luke. You have to be here somewhere!
She felt like crying as she released yet another, one with a Murkrow inside. A small tear rolled down her cheek as she continued searching.
Luke... Luke you have to be here! Be here! LUKE!! She yelled inside her head, now with tears streaming down her face.
 
Torment shrugged and psychically picked up several pokeballs and threw them at once. A Ralts, two Pichu, a Riolu and a Squirtle appeared. The Pichu ran off immediately, and the Squirtle went into its shell. The Ralts stared at Kitty and Torment. Shrugging, he pointed at Kari.
"Is your name Luke? If so, is she by any chance your sister?
"Uh.. er... I'm a girl." the Riolu answered.
Torment laughed sheepishly. Kitty realized Kari was crying and hugged her friend. Her brother blinked, quiet.
"All the Mew and Mewtwo disappeared. Some left, looking for a new place to live, and the rest.." he trailed off. Kitty tried not to cry. He was making her depressed.
"
 
Kari put her arms around Kitty and cried heavily.
"I really thought he was here.. I thought he was safe and we could see eachother agian.." She sobbed.
 
Kitty hugged her back, crying. Torment was silent, staring blankly into space. Kitty whimpered,
"Our sister disappeared a few weeks ago. She was a Mewtwo like Torment."
"Panic. She didn't disappear. We don't know that she's.... She was really sick, and looked worse than I do, because there isn't enough food, and too many humans. She left, saying she'd find somewhere better to live."
Kitty's brother added. The Riolu Torment had freed felt bad, looked shyly at Kari and Kitty before whispering.
"Um..if it makes you feel any better, some Pokemon escaped a few days ago. Some of them were Riolu. Maybe whoever you're looking for got away."
 
Kari wiped away her tears, sorry to hear about Panic, and heard the other Riolu talk about some Riolu that had escaped a few days ago.
"Do you know where they went?" She asked.
"Was at least one of them black with red circle on his hands?" If this Riolu had seen one like that, it was sure to be Luke.
 
Perry was watching from a branch above. He hated to do this, but-he had to, or the human would-he didn't want to think about that. He closed his eyes,jumped, and striked.
