Round 4: Begin!
Right off of the bat, the faithful Pokémon of Locho Mocho leap into action. Or at least, one of them does. Floony, on the other hand, just floats in circles in midair looking rather sheepish, looking aggrivated at Blazie and periodically jutting forward in midair, as though envisioning ramming her. Blaze, however, does in fact make with the leaping, diving into the floor of the arena and swiping at it furiously. The effect, however comical, does allow the Cyndaquil to dodge the quick attack of mud and clay coming from Blazie. The Chimchar looks depressed as Blaze resurfaces on the other side of the arena, a bit worn out but otherwise unscathed. However, the relief is temporary, as the temperature in the arena plummets rapidly, and the battlers wonder what is going on. Move, on the other hand, grimaces, as she summons up a bone-chilling wind, carrying frost to the other combatants. The most fortunate is Blaze, who ends up on the side, shivering from the wind but largely OK. Next in severity is Blazie, who ends up on her back, cold and irritated. But the worst of the attack is felt by Floony, who struggles to keep aloft under the force of the frigid gale. He even gets mildly frostbitten, some ice even sealing his legs together, the extent of which weighs down the normally buoyant Drifloon.
<Move: -0H, -7E><Blazie: -6H, -6E><Blaze: -1H, -6E><Floony:-20H, -2E, frozen (mild)>
Floony wails, half with despair and half with bloodlust, as he summons the dark energy necessary to strike the peacefully swimming Move. However, although the energy is in him, it does not seem to be of him, and so he smacks his legs around Move's face with somewhat less vigor than he had hoped. Nonetheless, he manages to slam his leg into Move's face. The impact manages to dislodge a little bit of the ice attaching his legs together, making it easier to stay aloft. But Floony notices an odd occurrence--the Lapras seems to be almost flying away at an insane pace. Barely touching the surface of the pool, she starts blurring around the edges. Then, a peculiar thing happens. Move begins to split, first into two, then three, until six Lapras are coyly staring at Floony, whose eyes widen to bursting point.
Meanwhile, back at the fire Pokémon wars, Blaze (the echidna) appears to want to jump back into the hole, but the Chimchar looks so pretty in the halogen lights. Blazie (the monkey) is quick, leaping over the hole and viciously slashing away at him. Blaze (again, the echidna) moans in pain, partially for real and partially in the hopes that the stupid Blazie (wait for it...the monkey) would lay off of him.
<Move: -6H, -5E><Blazie: -0H, -6E><Blaze: -5H, -6E><Floony: -0H, -6E>
Floony, hurting badly, begins to form a ball of ethereal energy while frothing at the mouth. Evidently, certain Drifloon don't need Taunt to absolutely hate Move. Meanwhile, the six Moves' eyes glow with a multitude of colors. The Shadow Ball strikes a Move and keeps on passing, burying itself in the wall behind the pool as the clone dissipates into thin air. The rocks that were previously tossed at Floony lift up into the air once more, glowing in various shades of red, blue, green, and grey, and slicing viciously at Floony. The Drifloon, however, feels no pain. He is thankful, if perplexed, at this new development, and thinks he might just see a shaft of sunlight reflecting off of a spoon for the briefest of moments. But the Drifloon arrogantly dismisses it as a trick of the light.
While Floony and Move are frozen (elatedly and dumbstruck, respectively), Blaze (the echidna) takes advantage of the temporary pause in attack fire to leap into the hole a few feet to his left. Blazie (the monk-*shot*) tries to spit the toxic gloop at Blaze, but the split-second head start is all the Cyndaquil needs to escape, popping up safely by Floony.

Arena and Battle Notes:
-"Brace yourself" was a tough action to judge under the effects of Taunt, so Floony was angry while reducing damage by 1%. Not like it mattered, because...
-Floony hit the damage cap on the first action. Poor little thing.
-Payback only doubles in power if the user is hit on the action given. Payback only had 50 base power, because Floony is the fastest of all Pokémon on the field and wasn't attacked on the second action.
-Blaze was fully attracted on the second action.
-As per Negrek's advice, I adjusted damage for the Blast Burn last round (thank you, Kam), and so Move started the round with 17% health less and Blaze (the echidna) started with 10% energy less.
-There are now two holes towards the top-left of the arena, spaced about 7 feet apart. Toxic gunk is splattered around the one closer to the wall.
-If there's anything I missed, let me know (I have a short attention span).
-Locho Mocho attacks first next round.
