Closed X: The step into other worlds

Raiquen smiled at Summer pleasantly.
"Thank you. That really helps." He said with a smile, then turned and began to zone out, arms still wrapped around Kirita.
Melody took a big gulp of her water, and set the rest down on a nearby table.
"Alright, I'll take your word for it." She said to Amethyst, taking a seat in the nearest chair.

Kirita flashed another smile at Summer, then shifted around a little and just stood there being held. It was comfortable.
Amethyst stretched before taking a seat herself.
"Whatever you say."
Skye stared into her glass, took a seat and gulped a little more down. the whole while her hand kept going up to her chipped horn. She'd have to fix that by tomorrow.

Raiquen yawned, then paused and bent down, kissing Kirita on the cheek.
"You really do look beautiful, you know..." He said, smiling.
Melody sighed, then looked up and noticed Skye touching her chipped horn. Not wanting to say anything, she simply looked at her apologetically.
Rhythm blinked, then closed his wings, which had been completely outstretched. Sighing, he walked over and fell back into the chair next to Zora.

Kirita blushed. A goofy smile crossed her face as she heard an "Awww" from Summer.
"Th-thank you." she mumbled shyly, while the awkward smile turned into a cheerful one.
Skye stole a glance at Melody.
"I told you it's alright. All I gotta do is file it and it'll be good as new." She pulled a small wallet-type thing from her pocket and unfolded a piece of rough paper, then started smoothing it over her horn where the chip was. In a matter of seconds, she lifted it away and felt it over. Good as new.
"That's better."
Zora looked over at her fiancé, with a slight smile on her face.
"Hello."

Raiquen smiled at Kirita's shy voice and blushing, but he said not a word and simply stared at her longingly.
Melody sighed in relief.
"That's good, but I'm still really sorry...It's in my nature to be apologetic..."
Rhythm looked at Zora and smiled back.
"Hello, my dear."

About then, Kirita reached up and she kissed him. She didn't know if it would be out of line, but she did.
Spirit and Starlight, having been nearby, both nearly whistled at them, but instead edged away.
"This is one of those couples where you see 'em together and you wanna squee..." Spirit whispered into her sister's ear. The latter nodded in agreement.
"I can see that." Skye muttered. "'S alright." she kept feeling it. Nice and smooth now.
Unable to come up with a subject, Zora spouted off the first thing to come to mind to Rhythm.
"...Nice pants. So how are you?"

"Niiiiiiice paaaaaaaaants." Jax sang, "Did I just.....sing that out loud?"

Deax facepalmed.

"Yes..." she sighed.

Raiquen was slightly surprised about the sudden kiss. Pausing for a moment, he blinked and then returned the kiss.
Melody sighed, then looked up at Raiquen and Kirita and couldn't help but squee. She immediately covered her mouth with her hand and blushed embarrassingly.
"Did I...did I just do that?" She muttered.
Rhythm looked down at his pants, and blinked.
"My pants are so thexy. I'm doing great." He said, smiling at Zora.

It was quick, as Kirita broke away a little bit later.
"Heh... sorry, I thought the moment called for it." she blushed again, this time a little harder than the last.
Skye turned to look at Melody.
"Yes you did, and not a one of us blames you for it, I bet."
"True that." Starlight laughed as she and her sister sat next to her. "We almost did too."
"I know I did." Amethyst nodded.
Zora almost immediately began to giggle. Not a full blown laugh, but enough to show amusement at his sentiment.
"Yes, yes they are. I'm glad you're doing good."

Raiquen grinned at her, raising a hand and brushing a lock of her hair out of her face. Seeing her blushing face, he grinned even wider.
"No worries. I was planning to do the same thing..." He said, still grinning.
Melody, still blushing slightly, smiled.
"Well, glad I'm not the only one..." she muttered.
Rhythm sighed pleasantly, laying back on the couch and still looking at Zora.
"So, what about you? How are you feeling?"

"Haha, you were...?" Kirita asked. "Looks like I... read your mind then, or something..." the blush grew even redder. So many things she wanted to say right now, but she kept quiet.
"Yeah, I think we all are. I mean look. They fit together like a hand in a glove, if you ask me. It just... works." Amethyst shrugged.
"I'd agree with that analogy." Skye yawned, her hand finally moving away from her head.
"Mmhmm." The two other sisters mumbled.
"I'm feeling pretty good." Zora stretched herself, and moved her hair away from her face a bit. She caught the scene out of the corner of her eye and just... smiled.

Raiquen stared at Kirita, and smiled at her blushing. Unbeknownst to him, his face began to turn a shade of red also.
"You look so cute when you blush..." He said, smiling pleasantly.
Melody said nothing, and simply nodded in agreement. Her eyes were focused on the couple.
"That's great." Rhythm said, stretching his neck. As he did so, he spared a glance at the couple and gave a slight smile.

Kirita chuckled. He was starting to turn red too.
"Yes, and... so do you." She reached up and rested her arm on his shoulder, hand falling just at the base of his neck. You know the way.
The three sisters and the demon girl silenced, too busy just watching. How could they not? It was... adorable.
"Yup... I'm a bit bored." Zora stretched in her chair, still watching the two from the corner of her eye. "Can you tell?"

Raiquen blinked in confusion, then reached up and touched his face.
"I'm...blushing?" he muttered, turning redder as he said it.
Melody yawned as her fatigue came over her from being awakened so quickly, but she did not take her eyes off the couple.
"Yes, I can tell." Rhythm said, smiling. "No worries, you aren't the only one. I'm pretty bored too."

"Yes, yes you are." Kirita giggled. "It makes you look adorable." There were... a lot of things she wanted to tell him. But she questioned if she should or just let him say them if he was thinking them too.
Skye looked at Melody when she yawned.
"Again, sorry about waking you up."
"Sooo..." Zora looked over at Rhythm again. "What do you propose we do about that?"

"We could play some games." Jax said, grinning, "Or watch a movie. Does Acacia have a basement with a huge couch? We could crash there."

Raiquen smiled at the compliment. He tried hard not to blush redder, but failed as his face turned an even brighter scarlet.
"Oh...thank you." He said, his hand going back down to Kirita to hug her fully.
"It's no problem...I needed to be awakened anyway. I've been too lazy." Melody sighed.
Rhythm looked at Jax as she spoke, then back at Zora.
"We could take her idea, or one of yours. Because frankly, I have none."

"You're welcome." Kirita's hand also fell so she could hug him again. By God, was he warm... it was kinda nice. What she said next came forth without her realizing it until after the fact.
"I love you..." when she did become aware of what she had said, the blush became an even brighter red.
"...Kay." Skye muttered, looking back at the couple.
"Well..." Zora sighed. "I don't have any either, really. And she has a basement, but there's nothing down there. Any other ideas?"

"Does she have a piano anywhere? And does anyone know how to play it?" Jax asked, "Or a large room with a stage?"
