    Aactually, the only reason I'm worried is the also immmense pain where my liver is.

    I think you could get away with having a DNA Digivolution as a normal part of their Digivolution line. It's what I'm going to do with Kotemon. Kotemon>Musyamon>Vajramon>Zanbamon~

    I don't recall any Digimon looking like that. Most Plant Digimon that are based off of animals are either reptiles or humans. I'm not saying there isn't one, but if there is, I don't remember it.

    What about Shurimon? D: Shurimon is epic. But I agree, Gatomon has some of the best Armor Digivolutions.

    Heyyyy hands off my idea. :< But really, mine is a tragic backstory involving their Tamer having died but their Digivice miraculously still working as if they were there. If you were to use the same idea it'd be a pretty obvious rip off.

    However, you could use a Digimon from Digitized~

    Kidding, but what have you got against Aquilamon (and Hawkmon, for that matter)? D: You can just make up an excuse that he/she has the DigiEgg with him/her and can Digivolve into Halsemon at any time. Or, you can make him/her always a Halsemon, since unless he/she has a Tamer or you come up with some excuse like mine he/she either wouldn't be able to Digivolve, or would Digivolve near-permanently.
