    I caught my first (and up until now, only) shiny on my birthday. =D Shiny Mantyke outside of Sunyshore. I wasn't very excited since it was just a Mantyke, but I caught it because I'm pretty sure that's the first time I'd ever seen a shiny in-game.

    haha right now it's Aurum because I hadn't picked out a name and I googled names for Ho-oh and apparently in means gold in Latin or whatever. I'll probably change it when I come up with something better.
