I don't think DNA experiments could make you young, but, you'd have to keep yourself alive long enough for the hormones to create all necessary changes.
Nah, just experiment for a while. Could take till you're 80.

You'd have to figure out what each protein in DNA effects, also you'd have to somehow get an idea of how many chromosomes, etc. :3
You'd actually have to study stuff that hasn't yet been discovered.
Have fun with that. Go ahead and use that info in order to try to make such a device, then turn yourself into a pokemon. o_o
Ah, well, now you know the science of how to cause transformation. Just make sure to not change any of the cell's marker proteins otherwise the body would eat itself.

What I heard: They had several scientists working on a DNA project that could change the DNA of one life form to a different one. Their main goal was to turn humans into pokemon. They also had to develop an accelerated growth device in order to make the effects of the changed DNA to happen much faster.
I never said that they were good scientists, there's only one evil team I've heard of which is called Team Morpho (In English translation), they appeared about a year before I left.

I'd be freaked out if they pulled it off, I'd be afraid that the people who got transformed would accidentally kill themselves.
So...I herd before I left the pokemon world some idiots are working on a device to turn people into pokemon.
