Actually, that's how I beat Aegis Cave. I got utterly owned with an entire page of Reviver Seeds - that's eight of them - and when I decided to take Dialga, I only had to use one.

I know where you're coming from, but dragon is bad against ice and blah blah blah. But since it's a sort of landshaper Pokemon, yes, it's definitely plausible. -
