I'll post the rest later, but main idea is, Destruction of Pokemon world is imminent with a meteor coming towards Earth, as big as the one that wiped out the prehistoric Pokemon. A small group of Pokemon find out, and try to find Arceus' lair to get him to stop it due to it's enormous size. However, other Pokemon who hold grudges against Pokemon have found out, and would rather everyone die as revenge, and try to stop the group.
