That's... quite good, actually. You copy down the GATE POEM (there's no title as far as you can tell), and push the GATES. They rumble as they slowly move, and you can feel your muscles tensing. You enter the THRONE ROOM. The ROOM is composed of ALUMINOUS ICE, a type of ICE ALLOY, your HELIX tells you. The THRONE is grand, very spiky, and quite icy. An EMPOLEON! So majestic!

The COUNCIL CHAMBER is divided by four STAIRWAYS: NORTH, SOUTH, EAST, and WEST, according to your HELIX. Each one is denoted by a RIME RUNE that is the first letter of each one (N for NORTH, etc.). The NORTH and EAST STAIRWAYS can take you to the HALLWAY that houses the PERSONAL QUARTERS while the SOUTH and WEST STAIRWAYS will lead you to the HALLWAY conducing towards the WORKING SPACES.

What will you do?

>Buy more BALLS.
>Climb STAIRS.
>Admire/consult HELIX.

It's a SMOOCHUM!

You now activate your HELIX. You point it at one door. In a robotic voice, it says "This is the PORTAL to the RIME PRINCE's ABODE. It is said to house the CATHEDRA OF FLOES. Many RIME WEAPONS are found here, due to the PRINCE's violent nature." You point the HELIX to the opposite side. "This is the PORTAL that leads to the RIME PRINCESS's DOMICILE. It is said her dress's cape was woven from the AURORA BOREALIS itself, and so were the curtains and her bed sheets." You point it at the door at the end of the HALLWAY. "This is the RIME KING and QUEEN's RESIDENCE. The two PORTALS present lead into one half of the ROOM, the KING's or QUEEN's. The two halves join up at the DORMITORY. It contains the ROYAL MACE OF FROST, belonging to the QUEEN, and the legendary HOAR SPADROON that belonged to the KING." You point the HELIX at the final PORTAL. "The contents of this PORTAL are currently unknown. All ventures into it have been unsuccessful and resulted in death."
