Majora was glad the Lotad was gone. He was not glad, however, that it managed to squeeze in (or out) a last effort before it left.

The Croagunk was a whole other animal, literally. It wasn't that it wasn't good enough, it's just that Majora already had its evolved form. Which indeed meant it wasn't good enough. Oops.

Majora shrugged, stood back up on his PATENTED MAN COAT ARACHNID APPENDAGES and trudged on, leaving the Croagunk behind. It continued moving about in battle stance; evidently it had been doing that before its encounter with Majora and would continue to do so long after. Perhaps it was a dancer.
