• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

Hmm, I'm beginning to become mildly suspicious of Flareth. She seems to be jumping on the bandwagon and all for accusing someone.

Here's a thought:

She and Icalasari are mafia.

Why else would she defend Icalasari as a "friend"? Either she's fooling or she knows something. This will probably never be seconded because of my failed attempt at turbler, but anyways...

I nominate Flareth.

Well....I always do jump on bandwagons....I'm just stupid and i stink at this game. I'm always the innocent that gets slaughtered at the beginning of every mafia game. -_-

I still have no idea, because there are no real strong cases for anyone right now, IMO.

Why does this make truly random nominations better? We could very well be taking out a good innocent, also.

We could very well be taking out a good innocent, yes. Does the potential risk outweigh the potential reward? I don’t know.

If we test everyone that lives up to their names, then we wouldn't have time to actually nominate someone. That is, if we keep taking back nominations for those who defend themselves.

Um… that’s not what I meant. I meant that if some people are excluded from random nominations, then the nominations aren’t really random. I was mostly just arguing semantics there, not really making a point.

We could also both be wrong. But it's better to work off of a lead then to not.

That’s true. But like I said, I don’t really see either of your arguments as providing good leads.

Something like twelve hours (when I get up tomorrow morning) before the poll opens. If you've got discussion to do, you'd best be getting it in soon.

We have a better chance of not killing a good innocent if we take out the ones that don't even talk. And plus, they could also be Mafia laying low, which is probably likely if we have no leads to go from, which is again the only really good time to do random (or should I say psuedorandom to please you?) nominations.

They are still random; they simply have exclusions.

Then don't vote.

Poll up--twenty-four hours to vote. If I missed someone in the poll, just PM me about it.

This day, the voting is much closer. The shadows grow longer as the citizens argue in circles, reluctantly casting their votes against fellow trainers. When all is said and done, EvilCrazyMonkey is the one chosen to face the executioner. He doesn't struggle or attempt to flee as he is led up to the block; if anything, this makes the others more nervous. The absol's blade comes down, and again the rasping noise it makes as it grates against stone causes many a wince and grimace amongst the spectators. They crowd in close, though, as the enchanted lickilicky costume EvilCrazyMonkey had been wearing dissolves away, to reveal... another innocent trainer.

EvilCrazyMonkey is dead. He was not mafia.

Forty-eight hours for more night actions.
