• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

"Can I have some horse mackerel, please?" Nana asked. She picked a peach from a nearby tree and ate it. "I could make some fruit salad! Anybody else want fruit salad?"

"I think I have red snapper!" Almond said, and removed it from her pocket, holding it carefully near the fire. "This is how you cook it, right?"

Cyrus watched the others all cooking fish and various other food. He took out his bag of fruit and speared an orange, a pear and some cherries on a twig, holding them over the flames.

Jax cooked some Horse Mackeral, Sea Bass, and Octiopus. She seasoned them with spices and fruit juices.

Cyrus ate his fruit, looking out at the beautiful sea. He could just see the mainland on the horizon if he looked closely.

Pulling out a potato, some cheese cubes, miniature onions, and some seasonings, Mark chopped up the potato, and stuck the cheese, onions, and potato pieces on a sharpened stick. Sprinkling on salt and pear juice, he roasted the kebob over the fire, rotating it slowly over the flames.. When it was done cooking, and had cooled sufficiently, Mark took a bite and chewd it quietly, watching the ocean lap against the waves.

Almond nibbled on a bit. She exclaimed, "THIS IS HORRIBLY..." she took a deep breath. "...delicious. Thank you!"
The chipmunk pulled her fish away from the pile. "Anyone want some red snapper?"

Cyrus lay down, still eating some of his fruit. "So when do you think we'll be going home?" he asked, looking up at the stars and drawing constellations in his mind.
