There are some people who stand out from the others. They've been taunted all their lives for their odd ability.
These people can change into Pokémon on command under great emotion such as anger, happiness, sadness, and everything else.
Everyone else thought it was strange. They're outcasts, trying to find why they're this way, how they got how they are. Now you can join the Chasers of Emotion, searching for your destiny. Your purpose.
But this may be an advantage. After all, scientists are after you, and you may need all the help you can get.
Or, will you join forces with the Scientists, and try to capture the so-called "Chasers of Emotion?"
RULES
1. No player control, unless you have permission. Also don't do godmoding or anything like that.
2. Keep swearing and other offensive language to a minimum.
3. You may be able to turn into any Pokémon, including a legendary (if part of the CoE), but there can only be one person per legendary. I've taken Suicune.
4. Please make posts at least two lines long, to avoid things too monotonous. Also use at least decent grammar and spelling.
5. I would also like at least a well-written paragraph (at least 5 sentences) of Bio, Appearance and Personality. However, you may skip one of either Bio or Personality (appearance is required).
6. You can be either part of the Chasers of Emotion or Scientists. If you like, you can also be a side character, who can be either human or Pokémon.
7. You may have as many characters as you like, as long as you can handle them all.
8. You may also have minor abilities like your morph Pokémon if you're with the Chasers of Emotion, but don't get carried away.
9. Keep this role play no higher than PG13.
10. No killing other characters without permission.
11. You have some amnesia when you wake up, unless you're an Alakazam morph, but still, even with Alakazam's memory, try not to railroad.
12. You can only transform when you are under strong emotion, but you have to tell yourself to. Also, you don't have to change back into a human after you have calmed down, but if you stay Pokémon too long, you might get stuck as a Pokémon.

Name: Ame (which is pronounced AH-meh, like the Japanese word for rain)
Age: 15
Gender: Female
Side: Chasers of Emotion
Species: Suicune
Personality: Ame can be sensitive, so others should watch what they say around her. She's also rather argumentative, and doesn't like losing. However, Ame can also be talkative, and likes chatting with others. Most of the time, she's friendly, and enjoys joking around. Sometimes, Ame is impatient, but can wait when she wants to. She has a crush on Solar. She enjoys drawing in her notebook, which she carries in her pocket.
Bio: Ame was born on a rainy day, on May 3rd. She was named after the rain because she lived in a rainy climate. Since she lived in a rainy climate, she likes it when it's wet outside. When she was seven, she moved to a less rainy climate, and since then has missed the cloudy days, even though she doesn't mind when it's sunny. Still, she can always remember quite a few days.
When she was nine, she caught a glimpse of Suicune while on a walk. She had been staring out at the water for a long time, and at first thought it was a mirage. But when it came up to her, she felt its soft fur. That was when she got her ability to change into Suicune, but she didn't find out until later that April, when she wished she could be Suicune because she was angry about the bad quality of the water in the polluted city. A few scientists were nearby when she morphed, and tranquilized her with a dart. She had amnesia since then, and can hardly remember anything before.
Appearance: Ame has a short but slim build. She has long, brown hair, and light colored skin. She wears a blue, Suicune-patterned sweatshirt, and under it, a gray, short-sleeved shirt. She has long arms and fingers, but average-sized hands. Her legs are short, but and she has large feet. Ame wears black sweat pants and long, white socks. Her shoes are plain and white with no laces.
As a Suicune, she is only four and a half feet tall, instead of six and a half.
Other: Ame can also run unusually fast, and make water slightly cleaner with a touch. She's better at it when she's Suicune, though.

Age: 16
Gender: Male
Side: Chasers of Emotion
Species: Luxray
Personality: Solar is serious and rather independent. He can be outgoing when he wants to, but is otherwise stubborn. When he's in a good mood, he likes to help out, but usually, he's stubborn, as I already said. Often, Solar acts rather dominant. He usually doesn't form very close friendships, but he's a rather good friend of Ame.
Bio: Solar never came into contact with a Shinx or any of its evolutions, and was born with the power to change into a Luxray. He didn't use it often, however, and so his body wasn't use to it. When he, one day when he was 14, did become a Luxray during intense emotion, when he calmed down and told himself to become human, his body panicked, and suddenly forgot how to change back. To this day, he is permanently a Luxray. Luckily, he retained his ability of human speech, and tried to tell his parents what had happened. However, they didn't believe him, and sent him away.
The next day, he made friends with Ame, who was pretty much the only one who believed him, probably in the world. He saw her transform, and was tranquilized along with her.
Appearance: Solar is stuck in his Luxray form, and so looks like a Luxray. What else can I say?
Other: He can use... X-ray vision ~
