City Ruin

Mike the Foxhog : Walking through the ruins, you hear a loud whooshing noise above you. You look up to a FemalePidgeotto. Do you catch it?

Dr Frank : Flashlight in hand, you walk through the lab, a pulisg machine infront of you. suddenly, as if out of nowhere, a large Male electabuzz comes out of nowhere. Do you catch it?
 
EonRider: You enter the tunnel on your hands and knees and start to crawl. You find a female Sunkern ahead of you. Do you capture it?
 
RuffledFeathers: You try once more, this time coming across a Porygon2. Do you catch it?

Walker: You walk into the lab, illuminated by the light on Vineyard, and come across an incredibly rare Female Alakazam! Will you capture it?

(there's only a 5% chance of finding an Alakazam or Porygon 2. You two are lucky.)
