Participants are disqualified is they leave the arena (i.e. fly above 250 ft, or go beyond the walls, such as in the stands, or beyond which. The ground is simply soil, and can be burrowed in. Earthquake creates devastating damage to the arena, but may be used, at the risk of alerting the authorities.

Blitz is getting tired again; she’s been fighting for way longer than normal. So when her trainer suggests for her to just chill for an action, she has no problem with following her orders. She purposely puts on her ‘OMG What have I done?” face, looking regretfully at Onikami. This doesn’t take up any energy, however, and she’s thankful for her ability to recover while keeping up the act. Soon, she changes to her sad face, looking longingly at Onikami.

But the Poochyena has been thinking a little. She probably did do all that on purpose—It is a battle, after all, and she did completely torch him. He’s not falling for that little sympathy act! She’s wasted away pretty much the whole battle for him, and he expects revenge. Onikami wastes no time in dashing forward and opening his jaws wide. A dark energy swirls inside his mouth, and as he chomps down on Blitz’s tail she yowls in pain; a satisfying sound. Just what she deserves!

Ow!, Blitz thinks, That HURT! She growls at her opponent, knowing that the ‘love’ act just won’t work anymore. Darn, that’ll make things harder for her. But she should at least start fighting as soon as possible. Before Onikami has a chance to dart back to his own side of the arena, Blitz has leapt forward and bit him back. The hyena cub doesn’t respond kindly—he retaliates by Crunching Blitz yet again, and then darting back to his own side.

But Blitz isn’t done yet. She immediately forms a glob of poison in her mouth, flinging the Toxic fluid at Onikami. The Poochyena barely sees it coming, and the Toxic hits, splattering all over his body. He cringes as the toxins almost immediately seep through his fur and skin, right into his bloodstream. Gah, he already feels sick to his stomach—that can’t be a good sign. He decides to retaliate for that nasty attack by trying the same tactic as before. The cub launches forward, opening his jaws wide, and chomps down on Blitz’s mane before darting back to his trainer. He looks triumphantly at his weakened opponent; It looks like he’s going to win this one!

Blitz sighs. She really is getting really tired of fighting. So when she hears that she’s finally going to get a rest, she is very happy. She figures that she may as well close the round off with as strong an attack as she can manage. Cloaking her body in a yellowish aura, she sprints toward Onikami, her body laced with electricity. As she gets closer to her opponent, her body begins to turn red, the same hue as the recalling laser of a Poké Ball. She hurtles into Onikami, pushing the Poochyena back violently. No sooner has she made contact then the laser of her Pokéball reaches her and she disappears in a burst of red plasma. In another flash of white light, another Poké Ball hits the ground, revealing an orange bipedal lizard with a flame spouting from its tail, looking curiously at its opponent. Onikami prepares to charge at the Charmander, but suddenly sees the referee wave his referee flags. He snarls at his opponent, making sure it knows it’s going to feel the pain next round.

Kadan looks at the crowd around him. He doesn’t really like the attention all that much right now—maybe later, when he’s actually done something. The Charmander takes a deep breath, and then leans forward as an insane amount of smoke pours from his mouth around the two battlers. The crowd, now unable to see the battlers, boos repeatedly.

Onikami looks around at the new smoke. Sure, it may impair his vision, but what kind of pooch would he be if he couldn’t use his sense of smell? The Poochyena takes a deep whiff of the air. Within a second he’s in the middle of a coughing fit, but he has sented his opponent running to his other side. He turns on his heel and lunges toward where he knows Kadan is, chomping the lizard with a mass of dark-type teeth.

Kadan frowns. That was not supposed to happen. He was supposed to get a perfectly-set-up free hit with one of his strongest attacks! How rude it is of that Poochyena to disrupt his perfect plan! Figuring that despite what just happened he might as well attack anyway, though, he opens his mouth and generates a gigantic blast of Fire-type energy. He shoots the Fire Blast at Onikami. It explodes into a kanji, 大, the symbol for big. But Onikami is grinning from behind a translucent green energy shield. He smirks at Kaden, who immediately glares at him with the iciest glare ever in the history of charmanderkind.

Well since your commands only guard against Fire Blast I guess I have to use something else.

Use Double team (non specific number Superbird), use them as cover to get close... Then use Slash. After slash let 'em burn with Flamethrower. If at any point you get attacked (damage use Rage).

Kadan frowns. That thing is getting SO ANNOYING. Maybe if he can ensure that the pooch can’t hit him then he’ll have a better chance. He immediately starts running in a circle, faster and faster until he becomes a blur. Onikami, watching confusedly, wonders what the heck it’s doing. Soon, the charmander comes to a stop, two more identical charmanders trailing behind it. Or maybe the real one is the one in the middle, or at the back…Onikami can’t tell, due to the Smokescreen that still fills the air. But either way, he lifts his head and throws up a bluish ball of energy toward the sky. It explodes, and suddenly clouds spontaneously begin to appear and cover the sky. A rainstorm starts almost immediately.

Kadan scowls. He’s getting wet! Ugh! Well anyway, he may as well attack while he’s still conscious. He’s not sure his tail flame will hold out that much longer in this weather. He and his clones dash forward, leaping at Onikami’s outline through the still-present Smokescreen, and slash with their claws. Only the real one hits his mark, but it hits hard—and a small trickle of blood flows out of Onikami’s newly-formed wound. The Poochyena growls, and leaps forward at the nearest of the Charmander, all of which have retreated back. He snaps his teeth together, only to snap on air. The clone disappears, and the other two laugh at the hyena cub as he retreats to his spot.

Kadan is not finished with his assault yet, though. Once again, he and his clone leap forward, and slash their claws through the air at Onikami. This time, however, Kadan’s claws strike the exact same wound as last time. Fresh red blood spurts out of the wound briefly, and Onikami recoils harshly. He lunges forward in rage, snapping at Kadan. But his jaws hit thin air yet again; He can see one of the clones an inch away, having just dodged his attack. He growls. This is not going very well anymore.

Ok, you have one clone left, let's make the most of it.

Use metal claw try to hit that same spot again, followed by Fire Spin, then use Flamethrower again, hit that same spot every time. Try to trap them in the fire spin and use it as cover. So they don't know where your coming from.

Kadan opens the round by charging toward Onikami. As he runs, his claw begins to take on a metallic aura, more and more until it seems the thing is actually made of metal. He gets close to his opponent, and rakes his claws over the…protective energy shield? Kadan growls. That was NOT his intended target. How dare that Poochyena try to protect against his awesome attacks! He is supposed to win this, and all it’s doing is stalling!

Well, if he can’t get one successful hit, then maybe he can get a different one. He begins to attack, growing a ball of fire in his throat. As Kadan sees his clone being destroyed by his opponent’s attempted Sucker Punch, he sends out a ball of fire, right next to his opponent. Suddenly, the ball of fire begins to swirl around Onikami, faster and faster, until a solid fire tornado is created around the Poochyena. The flames lick out at Onikami, scorching his fur. The Poochyena growls. First his attack misses, and now this…! At least the rain weakens it a little.

But any way you put it, Kadan isn’t quite done yet. Ignoring the downpour above, Kadan spews out a blast of fire toward Onikami, who totally doesn’t see it coming and gets hit fully by the attack. The Poochyena is beginning to get annoyed now. Well, maybe he can immobilize that lizard next round? He opens his mouth wide, closes his eyes, and gives a great big yawn. A cloud of white smoke floats out of his mouth, and travels through the fire tornado to Kadan. The Charmander suddenly feels his eyes start to droop and yawns as well, shaking his head to keep awake.

Hey Superbird, uh, Kadan doesn't have a clone left... if you want him to have one that's fine And Kadan is going to fall asleep.
 
Rrrr...Yawn hit, that's good, and that fire should close the wound, not that I'm being insensitive, but it's better closed, than leaking.

Alright, Sucker Punch any ranged attack, protect any physical attack on actions 1 and 3, action two use Crunch. If he uses a non-attacking move, just chill.

Kadan looks at his opponent. Then he looks at his stubby little claws. Then he looks back at Onikami. Then back at his claws. After a few moments, he decides that his claws aren’t sharp enough. So he devotes the next few minutes to polishing and sharpening them with his other claws, until soon they are nice and sharp. He pokes himself to make sure—yep, real sharp. Meanwhile, Onikami yawns and settles down for a nice little nap. Though the flames encircling his body make it hard to relax, he manages to do so anyway and soon feels a nice energy restoration. A minute later, he opens his eye to stare through the fiery tornado. He sees Kadan yawn and fall to the ground dead asleep.

Well, that’s good enough for him. Onikami has no problems with his opponent sleeping—it gives him more peace to get more sleep himself, especially now that the fire tornado has died away. The Poochyena yawns again and continues to rest. Being part dog, he is one of those who always likes sleep. He continues sleeping for more than a few minutes. He wakes up a while later, at about the same time as Kadan, who rubs his eyes tiredly. Onikami is still sharp, but soon feels a bad sickness in his stonach. Ugh, poison! It BURNS!
