D/P/Pt How can I get a Feebas? Please Help!

I find it better to fish once; the process just feels so much more tedious when you fish multiple times.

And somebody did mention Dewford and the R/S/E way in between H20firefly's apparent double post; the post was deleted.
 
Problem there is that it's less likely that you'll find a Feebas on a Feebas tile.
 
^ I thought that there was more chance to find a Feebas on a Feebas tile. Or is that just RSE because a FAQ said that. Something like 70% of the time Feebas on the squares. You could just get one off WI-FI that someone bred or something but then you don't get feel as good and you can't rename it which sucks.
 
It's 50%. You're more likely to get a heads if you flip a coin twice rather than once.
 
You're still pretty likely to get a Feebas; it's just that it's probably a better idea to fish twice in a square rather than once. It'd take longer, but you'd be more likely to find a Feebas in a Feebas square, rather than pass by it. :/
 
I feel I should say something... which lake are you in? I think there are TWO lakes in Mt. Coronet, right? I got my Feebas off the GTS and my Emerald cart, so I don't know which lake you're supposed to be in. You may be in the wrong lake.

And it DOES change the tiles daily in DP.

Yeah there are two lakes, but this is the lake in the foggy part.
