Water dripped from the top of a cave, a fierce creature floated in water within the cave. Blue skin glistened in the moonlight, red symbols curved into her body. White underbelly rubbed against the water. This was Kyogre...and she had finally awakened. Kneeling before her was another figure. A small pink body cast in the shadows of the cave. Blue eyes stared into blue eyes. This figure was that of Mew.

"Mew have you brought what I asked for?" The figure asked, glancing around the room with a fearful look on her face. The creature nodded meaningfully, pulling out a box. Hurriedly trying to open it, Mew flushed from embarrassment.

"Here my, my queen. This is the prophecy for which you asked for, is it not?" the creature asked, pulling out a stone tablet. Kyogre nodded in response, eyes going over the tablet. Frowning at the text, she began to read it out loud.

"Disturb not the harmony of Fire, Ice, or Lightning, lest these Titans wreak destruction upon the world in which they clash.
Though the water's Great Guardian shall arise to quell the fighting, alone its song will fail. Thus the Earth shall turn to ash.
O, Chosen One, into thine hands bring together all three. Their treasures combined, tame the beast of the sea."

Mew nodded as the symbols on his queen's back finished glowing, returned to their natural form. " Yes my lady. Ash Ketchum completed that prophecy all those years ago. What is it to you my queen?" he asked of the much larger creature. Kyogre gave the smaller Pokemon a grin, telling him that she knew something he didn't.

"Foolish Mew, do you not know of the truth? There was never any Ash Ketchum. That's just a human bedtime story parents tell their children in order to explain the disappearances of Zapdos, Moltres, and Articuno from their homes. Anyways that's not why you're here. I have a task for you."

"Anything for you my queen." Mew asked, kneeling once more before Kyogre. The female Pokemon sighed, giving the Pokemon a pat on the head.

"My request is simple. I want you to find a strong trainer, one who we can rely on. Have him start of a school for aspiring trainer if you must. This is sure to draw in the six spoken of in the Prophecy. Only then will we be able to find a way to put a stop to this disaster." she responded.

Mew stood in shock. His queen had never relied on the humans for anything. Not even when Teams Aqua and Magma almost destroyed Hoenn all those years ago had she asked for help. Ignoring a sense of foreboding, Mew nodded as he backed out of the cave.

YOUR ROLE IN ALL THIS
It has been roughly a hundred years since this fateful conversation and Mew and Kyogre are still waiting for signs of the six mentioned to show. You on the other hand are young children who have been selected to attend a school for aspiring trainers. Meanwhile six of you have started to uncover secrets about yourself, and you're trying to find out the message behind the stone tablet held in the great hall of the school.

There will be romance, drama, a deep secrets about the school and yourselves to be uncovered. Have fun because this roleplay is what you make it to be. Every little thing you do will affect the outcome of this roleplay. Remember to have fun!

The Sign-ups

You are an aspiring trainer who has been been excited to go on another. Well do to a flaw wether it be in your personality or physical, your parents have forced you to apply for a trainer school located on the beautiful Fullmoon Island. There is of curse a form you must fill out.

Name: This should be simple enough. First and last name.
Age: You are an aspiring trainer between the ages of 10 and 21.
Gender: This is self-explanitory
Apperance: How your character looks. Atleast two well written paragraohs.
Personality: A brief summary of how your character acts. Have them come to life! Atleast one and a half.
Quirks: What makes your character different? What sets them apart from the others?
Flaw: Why were they sent here? Are the blind? Do they have bad anger management? Expand!
Number: Pick a number between 1 and 459! This number will determine what Pokemon your trainer is given once they enter the academy, as our characters are new to training.
Trainer Type: Does your trainer pick their Pokemon on looks? Attacks? Type: Species? Do tell us.
Letter of Recommendation: This is very important. Have us get to know the character through the eyes of someone else. Have them explain in a brief letter why they feel the school would be good for the child. Please have this be atleast two well written paragraphs. I want to see how others feel about your character.
Dorm Number: Yes this is a boarding school and as such there are dorm rooms. Limit is two characters to a dorm. And yes the dorms ARE co-ed.

Rules

1. Be polite when both in and out of character.
2. No killing another character without permission.
3. No godmodding or powerplaying.
4. Post must be atleast two well-writen paragraphs.
5. Keep everything PG-15. We have kids on the forum!
6. Use proper grammer. No chatspeak. It's annoying and quite frankly it confuses the heck out of me.
7. No perfect characters! Also be original with your characters. I don't want to see 50 emo charaters or 50 perfectly beautiful characters running around.

Aria wears blue jeans, along with black socks and plain running shoes with laces. This matches her need for space to run. She wears black gloves because she has an odd fear of getting her hands cold.
Personality: Aria is quiet and intelligent, and always thinks before she acts. She has a quick temper, and can be emotional in serious situations. Usually, she doesn't take anything seriously; however, she is willing to shape up when it is important.
Aria likes being around other people, but not in a crowd. She's mostly a person who likes to keep to herself, and doesn't give out information unless she is asked or if it has to do with the subject being discussed at the time. Aria is not afraid to state her opinion when she needs to, no matter what she is thinking.
Quirks: Aria is very different when she is emotional, and doesn't usually realize what she's saying, which can sometimes lead to trouble. She is almost always reading manga. ((Tell me if I need to fix this.))

Letter of Recommendation: "Aria has been itching to learn for quite a while. I just can't keep her still. She's always talking about how she's fascinated with Pokémon. I've noticed her chattering a lot about Psychic-types these days. I'm lucky she tires quickly, or I might not be writing this.
Since I have never experienced training Pokémon, I cannot teach her a lot about what she wants to learn most. The closest I've ever gotten to a Pokémon was on the other side of a cage. Aria has been reading a lot about Pokémon, and seems to get more energetic day by day.
Please help me with my child, and teach her what she wants to know. I'm sure you can keep her under control. Just make sure she has time to rest between activities, or she might fall asleep. I'm counting on you to give Aria what she wants most in the world: to learn all there is to know about this world of Pokémon.

Erm, try not to be too picky. Two paragraph description? That is kind of hard to fill out. Remember, the more difficult you make it to join, the fewer people will join, to the point where your rp may just die

Anyways...

Name: Eric West
Age: 16
Gender: Male

Appearance: 5'7" tall, Eric has brown eyes, short brown hair, pale skin, and is somewhat skinny. He wears blue jeans, white socks, glasses, a Phoenix medallion, and a black shirt. And honestly, writing two paragraphs for DESCRIPTION is a bit ridiculous. A paragraph is three to five sentences long on average. I described my character in two. So yeah, you MAY want to change that requirement

Personality: Eric can be pretty outgoing at times, but usually likes to be by himself. He is often inquisitive and thoughtful, and will stand up for what he believes in. Not one for sports, he often can be found reading, on a computer, drawing, or otherwise just staring off into space.

Although he does not like other people as a whole, he is actually quite friendly and easy to get along with. He often will go up to complete strangers and engage them in a conversation. He isn't afraid to speak his mind, either, whether it will interest people, disgust people, or just plain freak them out and cause them to run off screaming.

And yet again, TWO PARAGRAPHS!? Sure, I was able to do it, but that is a bit of a ridiculous requirement, in my honest opinion

Quirks: Eric loves to draw, and is quite honest
Flaw: Eric has Aspergers, Tourettes, ADHD, and OCD. Also, he has one HELL of a temper. He has learned to control it somewhat, but pushing the right buttons will cause him to explode

Hello, I am a close friend of Eric's. He is a great guy, and I think he would be PERFECT for your school. He is quite intelligent, having an IQ of 156, and is quite a logical thinker. He also will ask questions when he is confused, sadly to the point of annoying teachers and students.

Unfortunately, he can have quite a temper sometimes, and also has ticks when stressed out. The more stressed he is, the worse they are. Sometimes, it can get to the point of convulsions! So if you do accept him, please make sure that the teachers know to let him leave the class if he is getting too stressed.

I hope you accept him, as I know he would do your school proud. All in all, he is a well rounded individual, with problems that do need to be ironed out, but he should be quite manageable.

Name: Kinara Blair (For some reason all my characters' full names sound like crappy hypothetical rock bands. =P)
Age: 13
Gender: Female
Appearance: Kinara has freckles and tan skin. Her eyes are bright green and she has short black hair that goes slightly past her ears. She always has a colorful purse with her over her shoulders. She keeps a notebook, pen, and pencils in it. She usually wears blue jeans that are too long and get torn up and the ends, and tee-shirts. She loves hoodies and always has one tied around her waist. Kinara seems to have a small obsession with wearing crazy colored socks, which rarely match. As a joke (Making fun of herself and that she can't talk) she often wears a "Link hat".

Personality: Kinara has a rather sarcastic sense of humor and likes pulling pranks on others. Is often bitter and frustrated with others. She's always really friendly with people she knows well, but it's easy for her to get mad. On a good day, she's quirky and fun to be with, and on a bad day everybody within a five foot radius is in danger.
Quirks: She wears crazy colored socks all the time, and draws bizarre caricatures of people she knows.
Flaw: Kinara is mute, and can't speak or make any vocal sounds. Because of this, she carries around a notebook and pen everywhere she goes so she can communicate. Still, it takes a long time to write, and she gets frustrated and stops trying quickly.

Please do not be scared off by the fact that Kinara is mute. While this can lead to some frustration for her and possibly others, she is a very intelligent student and loves to learn. She tries very hard to listen and communicate with others, and knows sign language. She is a very creative child, and is an excellent writer. Kinara has learned quite a bit already about Pokemon, and would love to learn more about them. She seems to be extremely interested in Psychic and Electric type Pokemon.
Kinara would be a wonderful student in the school, although she may need some help with her temper.

Gender: Female
Apperance: Xackori doesn't exactly wear girly clothes, but will wear the occasional summery/spring shirt/skirt. She has sky blue hair with light pink streaks that she keeps in a ponytail on the side, or will wear it down. She usally wears a black midriff top with a pink sparkly butterfly in the middle, jeans, and black ballet flats. She has a Charmander purse/backpack she wears a lot. She has pink earrings and wrist length gloves. You will always see her something electronic, even if she has to sneak it. I-Pods, game systems, portable CD player, you name it.
Personality: Xackori is half sassy, half sweet, and a bit of shyness mixed in there too. She loves to hang out with well-known friends, and is always willing to make new ones. She's sometimes called the "Smooth-Talker", since she can talk herself out of almost any situation. She's also a bit impatient when it comes to fighting, though. The sweet and shyness evaporates. She loves to deal with technolgy, and is very creative.
Quirks: Nobody can knock her out of her dream sequence when she's writing/drawing, or when lisiting to her music/playing her games/etc.
Flaw: She can get very physical when fired up, and will not back down. She will not let anyone get in her way, and that becomes a problem.

Trainer Type: Dark and Fire-type Pokemon, but if a Pokemon is entergetic enough, that'll be added to her team as well.
Letter of Recommmendation: Hi, there! I'm Xackori's older sister, Mackenzie. Xackori is a wonderful 14-year old girl who loves to learn anything she possibly can about Pokemon, and the more she learns, the more she wants to know. The ones she seems most intrested in, though are Dark and Fire types.

The few little things you might have to watch my little sis for is her "dream sequenceing", when she's writing or drawing, her intrest in electronics, and when she's really vehement about something or when a perso challenges her. Otherwise, this girl is a great student for you to have at your school!

Apperance: He is tall and thin and somewhere between a punk and an emo. He wears his hair in a devil lock and a blood-red dye in his fringe. He wears two fingerless gloves, each inscribed with a blazing red 'FIGHT!' written in Unown glyphs. He wears a shirt with with a pentagram during the week and a Marilyn Manson hoody over it at the weekend. He wears shredded denim jeans and army boots. He carries a bass guitar with him at all times. This bass guitar is equipped with a device called the comcaster which allows him to broadcast commands by playing chords.

Personality: Deeply intelligent and a highly strategic and logical thinker, Vendetta is somewhat of a philosopher. He rebels against social norms through his liberal views. He is a member of many prominent global organisations, including the Legalise Cannabis Alliance, Greenpeace, Mensa and Reclaim the Streets. Vendetta has a heart of gold but as a result of his upbringing is very antisocial and untrusting of others.

Quirks: When bored or stressed, Vendetta will start strumming on his bass. If he forgets to turn the comcaster off then it can affect Pokémon around him.

Flaw: His strict Catholic parents felt that Vendetta's liberal and rebellious nature was threatening the stability of their single-minded, fundamentalist and conservative lifestyle. He was sent to the school in the hopes that he would get some discipline, when really it was his parents overstrictness and controlling nature that had made him such a rebellious person in the first place. Aside from his parents' distorted view of their son, Vendetta's main flaws include a paranoid disorder, inferiority complex and his heavy introvertion.

Trainer Type: Vendetta prefers sound-based Pokémon, as the comcaster on his bass works better with them. Among his favourite Pokémon are Chimecho and Kricketune.

Gender: Female
Apperance: Ashley is 5'0" and has an average weight for her age. Her skin color is slightly tan, almost as if she got a small tan over the summer. She has long, wavy blonde hair with some pink streaks in it, which is usually pulled into high pigtails with heart-shaped pins. Her eyes are a pink similar to the streaks in her hair. She wears really girly clothes most of the time, and is rarely seen in pants. She likes wearing her short, brown pleated skirt and plain white tank-top a lot, along with chunky bracelets, earrings, and necklaces. She also always carries around a small Eevee purse-like bag, and wears her brown sandals.
Personality: Ashley is obsessed with wearing the latest trends. You'll usually see her wearing skirts, spaghetti straps, and other girly clothes. She is incredibly girly, and therefore loves the color pink, cute things, and chit-chatting. She's very fun, friendly, and outgoing, and makes a great friend. She can be very hyper at times, though, and when she is, it's not the best time to tell her anything important.
Quirks: She always needs to be wearing her good-luck beaded bracelet, because she is superstitious. If she was to lose it, she would be devastated.
Flaw: Ashley needs to be disciplined very well, since she can be a bit rebellious and carefree.
Number: Umm...129!
Trainer Type: She likes Pokemon that are cute or good-looking. Never too big or bulky. And ones that are fast and good attackers, that can get the job done quickly.

Name: Stefan Rae

Gender: Male
Apperance: Stefan is very normal looking. He has short black hair that is sorta spiked in the front. His eyes are an emerald-ish green that are only enhanced by his glasses. He is very muscled from after his accident. Moving on to clothing. His favorite outfit is a black muscle-type shirt and either cargo shorts or a pair of 501s.
Personality: Stefan is like a father. If he finds somebody younger in need of help he'll jump on it. When he isn't helping he's very quiet. He thinks to himself a lot and voices his opinion when he feels like it.
Quirks: Stefan is very strong. After 11 years of hard work and conditioning he has become muscled. He isn't a body builder but he's got a nice set of muscles.
Flaw: After he discovered he was gay he began to cut himself. His mom found out about both the cutting and him being gay and sent him off to the school. He still cuts but not so much.
Number: 89
Trainer Type: Stefan picks his Pokemon based on their loyalty to him. If they want to join him he allows it.

I have decided to send my son Stefan Rae to your fine institution.
My son is a nice young boy. But he is a little troubled. See he's tricked himself into thinking he likes men. Such a silly thing. But when I found the gay porn on his computer I also found a bloody razor. He happens to cut his wrist. Now he is certainly not an "emo" or "goth". He is actually quite the jock. Made the college basketball team. But I believe this institution will cure him of the gay.

I would also like to point out his mechanical arm. He was involved in a car accident when he was 7 and ended up with 3rd degree burns all up his left arm from the blaze in the car. The doctors put a mechanical arm over it to protect him. It appears to be real but it's not.

You guys are all in, except Strwberry; not enough description. Teh Ebil Snorlax could you specify a dorm number for your character, out of all the open dorms? Also could you all specify weather your character is part of the prophecy or a normal student? We kinda need 7 students [my character and six others] for the prophecy whilst all other characters'll be regular students. First come, first serve.
