• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

Finally, she was done. All her stuff was put away, and she tossed the empty bags under her bed. Kinara flopped onto her bed, looking relieved. After lying there for a few minutes, she retrieved her laptop. Lying on her stomach, she began working on something, typing furiously. The Ralts sat on her back and watched.

Tala looked at the boy in the wheelchair as he came in, and then resumed stroking her Dratini's head as she looked out the window, face still set in a scowl. The Charmander's fright after seeing her didn't improve her mood. What, so now even Pokemon are scared of me? This sucks... She didn't face the boy, and gave her Pokemon one last pat before she spoke. "Since I doubt you're going to leave me in peace... My name is Tala. I'm not likable, so don't go out of your way to make friendly overtures." That said, she seemed to absorb herself in scratching her Dratini's head gently. "I'm going to name you -" She paused, head tilting. "Hm... I don't want anything generic." The Dragon-type just looked up at her. "Raaaati?"

"How about Aela?" she asked, flushing as having this conversation when someone else was nearby. She had to just forget he existed, and she'd stop feeling like he was laughing at her behind her back... Damn it. I hate spending time with other people. I hope he stays far away from me. The newly-named Pokemon nodded emphatically, and the scratching session resumed, as if the guy in the wheelchair wasn't even there.

[You know, I would be posting more, but OrngSumb hasn't been posting, and well, I am kind of waiting for that post, since he IS my roommate... x.x]

Ashley finally found her Magikarp slithering around in the bathroom. She decided to turn on the sink and let Magikarp swim around in it. She walked out of the bathroom.

"Oh yeah! I don't know your name!" Ashely realized. "I'm Ashley."

Stefan perked up when he heard Eric's dorm number.
"You said 6?! My dorm number is 6!" he shouted to Eric.
Overcome with glee he didn't think of the repercussions of sharing a room with the boy he liked. When he got to his dorm (he ran ahead of Eric) he began unpacking his stuff and also began to think.
Wow this is gonna be so much fun! Sharing a room with the boy I like! But he doesn't like me back. Won't this be a little awkward? And he appears to be younger than me. This could get bad. he thought as he finished up unpacking and laid on his tidy bed staring at the white ceiling.

(( So so so so sorry about this huge delay. I had to get my license and then work scheduled me for ungodly hours to work and I had to help my mom and I'm finally on some time to actually post ))

Eric followed and sweatdrop as he saw his bed was slept in. "What the..." he muttered as he bent over and saw purple hairs. "...That damned monkey is going to die!"

He began to fume for a bit. Some of his meds fell out of his bag as he fumed, giving Stefan a chance to find out that Eric has ADHD, OCD, Tourrettes, and Aspergers. There was also anger suppressants, but considering how pissed he gets at the Aipom, that really isn't a surprise

He soon calmed down and looked at Stefan. "Oh, yeah, sorry about that. Anyways, yeah, hope this doesn't get awkward..."

Stefan noticed Eric's meds.
You just have to like the walking medical dictionary don't you?! This kid has enough meds to make a drug lord jealous. he thought to himself.
Leaning over in his bed he picked up the meds for Eric.
"It shouldn't get awkward. Just as long as you respect my side and I'll respect yours." he said handing the meds to Eric. "I checked out the bathroom and man they are like pampering us! It's huge! Two awesome showers and baths, A huge line of counters with two sinks! I mean the queen sized beds are nice and the room is spacious but they out-done themselves!" he said almost giddy.

"Thanks..." Eric said a bit quietly. He blushed some what about his disorders being revealed in this manner. It was somewhat embarrassing.

Tsunami went to the door and sniffed the air, smelling something... Something odd... Something... Oh crap... NOT THAT FUCKING MONKEY! he though before turning to his trainer. "TOTODILE!"

"What is it Tsunami?"
"TOTO!"
"Something out th-GAH! GET THIS FRACKING MONKEY OFF OF MY FACE! GRAGH!"
"Ook! Ook! Pom pom Aip! Ook!"

Eric ran into a door. For once, the monkey was knocked out cold, and Eric was alright. Tsunami actually fainted from the shock of Eric avoiding being knocked out... again

Ava tapped her foot on the ground. Where was the roommate? They were very slow. She lay on the bed and stared at her most recent drawing. Josephine, Swimmy and Onestar. There was no background, since Ava didn't usually draw backgrounds anyway.

Something occured to her. What if she had no roommate? What if no one was with her all day?

What if she was alone?

Arylett gazed at the girl briefly, before shifting her nervous shadowed eyes to the rest of the room. She didn't like meeting people's eyes. Aaagh eyes, they just gazed and gazed and gazed at you. And once they connected with yours, they could see all sorts of things, in Arylett's opinion. As if they could see your very thoughts, your very soul. And that was why she liked to avoid them. Plus the expression on her face, well, it can't have been good.

"Arylett." She said simply and in that same dry monotonic voice, still nervously avoiding the girl's gaze.
