London MCM (warning; tl;dr)

It was indeed cool. I went with Black Hood and Amai-Hime, and met up with Dannichu and Ice while there.

It was aaaaawesome :D

I particularly enjoyed running around connecting Pokewalkers with people. And drawing stuff at the end. But it was all good.

I got a Buffy mug :D And lots of silly hats.

Drawing stuff at the end was fab. Danni, I still don't (and probably never will) understand how you can draw so fast. Do you mind if i upload the photos I took of the drawings somewhere so I can show everyone? :3

@Ice: were the Alien/Predator photos taken Sunday? If so, that may have been a relative of mine. He makes and displays them at conventions.

It seems like you guys had more fun than should be humanly possible. But, it's great that your adventures at the London Expo were comparable to I don't even know what.

To be honest, I didn't read the entire journal. So sorry if this was already answered, but what did all of you cosplay as?

Ice went as Vocaloid KAITO but me and Danni just went as ourselves. I think I'm going to cosplay next year, but I don't know what as. Any suggestions?
 
@Kai; yeah the photos were taken on Sunday. The xenomorph costume was being worn by someone called Gareth Ellner if FB is to be believed

@Spoon; Espeh was Black Rock Shooter on Saturday, and Hatsune Miku on Sunday. AdamPink was a Giant Chicken for the whole weekend. Fae was Eizo on Saturday and Ho-Oh on Sunday and Clair was Haku on Saturday and Akito on Sunday

As for myself, I was Kaito. I don't really have any pictures of my own cosplay yet (Still need to wait for Espeh and Ri to get back from London, they have the ones with me in), but I did find one of the Vocaloid meet on the MCM forum

I've never heard of Black Rock Shooter, but I've seen a few of the Vocaloids before. A Giant Chicken sounds like one of the best ideas of heard of. It seems like you guys put a lot of effort into your cosplays.

It -completely- overshadowed our own cosplays, especially considering he bought it off a website on a whim >:C
Ah well, at the very least he got dogpiled multiple times to make up for it :D

Black Rock Shooter is a Miku song. It's getting an OVA this month and Espeh's pretty stoked for it

Oh, absolutely :D I've scanned in a couple of the pictures I kept, and I'm going to make a new art thread, so if you could post them there (and wherever you like, I'm not fussed :3) it'd be cool.

I'm not sure if I'll make the October Expo - it's actually on my 21st birthday and I'll probably be doing something else. Maybe. I do kinda want to go, though.
