Misreadings and stuff

"Homeotic" (something with genetics) as "homoerotic" and "international" as "interdimensional".

And once, while thinking of a scene from Homestuck, I thought of Nepeta as "the green that is already there", and then I realized how that sounded.
But the other green that is already (t)here is not brownish... "Has some red in it" would be a better formulation.

EDIT: "Long English Version" as "Lord English Version".

"All you can eat" as "all you can fat," which actually sort of makes sense.

Also, "things" as "shit," which makes sense too.
 
"You eye [someone]" as "your eye [someone]". Besides the syntax falling apart, there were other weird things.
It was in a Homestuck fanfic, and this was part of a sentence about Jake watching a Felt member. And I wouldn't expect Jake to use Felt members as eyes...
 
My mother and I went on a trip to the mountains to visit some family members. I misread a lot of things there.

The only two I remember are "Profile Rock" as "Pedophile Rock" and "Mt. Werner CIR" as "My Weiner Car."

Everytime I watch Two and a Half Men, I misread "Chuck Lorre" as "Chuck Norris."

They are two very different people.

I don't even know how this happens.
