Mt.Vesever: A Dangerous Path - Will you save the Crate?

Before humans and Pokémon existed on the pokémon planet, there was only a wilderness. Volcanoes erupted everywhere, on mountains, daily rock slides were usual, and there were earthquakes at least 12 times a day. The biggest Volcano, Vesever, had the biggest explosion ever known. Lava and magma was carried at least 6 miles down the mountainside, and didn't stop until it was 12 miles away. There were more earthquakes than usual after the eruption, and an exceptionally big one cut Vesever until it was only 10 times as small as it was before.

When Pokémon inhabited, the first place they settled was on the big crater on top of Vesever, now Mt.Vesever, as it was not considered a Volcano anymore. When humans appeared, scientists found out that Mt.Vesever would erupt sooner or later, and villagers around the mountainside evacuated, since it could erupt anytime.


You are a pokémon living on Mt.Vesever, totally isolated from the world outside of the Crater walls. On Mt.Vesever, there are caves, trees and water, in other words, a perfect place for Pokémon to live. There are mostly nice Pokémon, and the bad ones live only in SinisterForest and roam at night, be careful there! Regardless, you live peacefully on top of Mt.Vesever, having enough food and water, friends and space, you consider the Crate a paradise for Pokémon.

The Guardians of the Crate are the Sinnoh Trio; Uxie, the being of Knowledge; Mesprit, the being of Emotion and Azelf, the being of Willpower. They guard the Crate from adventurous humans seeking to be the first humans on top of Mt.Vesever, evil beings, either Humans or Pokémon, and anything that would harm the inhabitants of the Crate.

However, strange things are happening: Minor earthquakes are almost daily now, Pokémon are disappearing for some unknown reason and Pokémon are catching non-curable deadly diseases, almost always ending in death. The temperature is also getting a lot hotter, the palms on Magikarp Beach are getting bigger and the fruits on them are more fruity than before, which some pokémon are considering good. However, the furry pokémon are getting thinner fur to endure the sudden heat, and some doesn't have fur anymore! In some caves- especially the biggest ones- there is also coming warm smoke out of them, a bad sign. Though, the fire and water pokémon doesn't care about this change of temperature.

Because of the happenings, the Crate inhabitants have found a leader who is going to find a way to stop this, and -if the only solution- evacuate the mountain. (Even though it would be very difficult considering that the only way out of the crate is a cave... and there are many caves I tell you... it would take ages before it would be found and then almost every single Pokémon would be dead or gone!) The leader is Fenris the Houndoom, who left the Houndour pack only to become the leader.

You are a member of Club Crater, a secret club only for kids. Location and stuff will be explained later in this post. The club is not for adult, boring or mean Pokémon. The things you do there? Well, you chat and share the news, play and more stuff! The leader is Slash the Sandshrew, who dug the base of it. (Yes, it is underground.)

So how can you help save the crate?


Rules
-No spamming, flaming or bashing and only a minimum of swearing. Damn, hell and crap are okay though.
-Do not godmod (Control another persons char without permission) or time-mod (controlling time yourself)
-You can steer NPC’s a little bit (Like saying that Glove went to get the OranBerry) and only I can fully control them (Like Fenris and Vargar.)
-You can’t be a legendary.
-Do not control the plot. I control the plot.
-Post at least 5 times a week (Yes, I know it is a lot, but you need to keep up with the story) and tell me if you’re going to be gone.
-Post more than one sentence.
-Use proper grammar. Please, no 1337 speak here. You’ll get kicked out without a warning. (1337 speak: 1 0WNz u |31G71M3! = I own you big time!)
-If you’re going to make your Pokémon’s appearance special, do write a reason for why it is like that! Don’t overdo it!

Appearance: Being so young, he is much smaller than an average Spheal, approximately 1' tall.
Relationships: None yet. Could possibly be friends with Shriek, as they are of a similar age.
Item: He has a Bounce Band around one of his flippers. The Bounce Band allows the holder to, as the name implies, jump higher than usual.

Okay, so some information about the locations and stuff.

Barrel Island: Is the place Mt. Vesever is located on. Barrel Island is a small Island about 10 miles south from Johto, and it is very unknown, only scientists of the Johto region knows, since they was who who predicted it would erupt sooner or later. Mt. Vesever takes most of the place on Barrel Island, so there is not much place for other things. However, there is a small abandoned village at the foot of the mountain, but of course, to the Pokémon living in the Crate that is new for them. Around the village are palms, and not far away there there is a beach with white, untouched sand. The Island temperature is getting hotter, and the place is getting more and more tropical. What is the reason for this warmth? Maybe something with Mt. Vesever... Who knows? Oh, and on the north side of the Island, there is a bay, however, it is very old and bad and it is impossible to walk on it anymore, you would risk one of the plank break and you'll fall into the water! Btw, the Island is oblong, and Mt. Vesever is on the right part of it, taking almost 3/4 of the place.

Mt.Vesever: Is a gigantic mountain that has been there from the day of beginning. On top of it is the Crate where Pokémon lives peacefully and safely. Humans have predicted that Mt.Vesever would erupt soon, and therefore no one comes close to it except those really brave or curious ones. The mountainsides are very steep and rocky, you would need a pokémon specialized for climbing to get to the top, but you probably wouldn't anyway, since the guardians, well, guards the place.

The Crate: Is where the Pokémon lives peacefully away from humans. The guardians of the crate have made a spell over it so that nothing can land there and no one can leave through the air. The walls around the crate are so steep, not even climbing master Pokémon can reach the top. Only Xatu the town elder can fly out of the Crate to the "outside" and return.

Discussing stones: A circle surrounded by big rocks. The entrance is on the south, where there are a space between the rocks. On the northern part there is a big, tall and flat stone were the leader, Fenris the Houndoom, stands and talk about news such as if there is anyone dead or about disappearings or earthquakes. The ground is sandy and trampled because of all the Pokémon that have been there.

The Underground Market: west of the Berry Woods there is a ladder that leads down to the underground market. There you can do several things like buy and sell items, store items and money and lots more! Note: I only allowed Blaziking 175 for having a shop here is, well
- Meowth Money Bank, led by Coin the Meowth. If you store your money there, they would be safe and sound and no one would dare to steal it. (Coin has a secret security system!) Coin is steered by Yanmega. No one else may NPC use him, only when you're going to insert or take out moeny.
- A&A Shop, led by Glove the Aipom and Silly the Ambipom. Buy and sell your items here, they have almost anything you need! (SSS (Secret Security System))
- Kangaskhan Store, led by Milly the Kangaskhan and her kid (Who always stay in his mother's pouch) Lollipop. Your items will be safe here from anything! (SSS)
- Day care Center, led by Happy the Blissey. Have Happy take care of your egg here!
- Donation Corner, led by Pip the Staravia. Donate items to help the pokémon suffering from the non-curable diseases here! Please help!
- Book Store, led by Blaziking the Munchlax (Blaziking 175 controls this shop). You can buy books and stories here, a great place for bookworms! This shop is located in the far end of the Underground Market, past Kangaskhan Store and the Donation Corner. (SSS if he wants to have XD)

Club Crater Base: The base of Club Crater is located on the most northern part of Berry Woods. The entrance is in a giant oak close to a rocky area, you can’t miss it. When you walk inside the oak you will see a trapdoor covered by leaves on the ground, open it, climb down the ladder and BAM! your inside the club! Inside is a place where young Pokémon can chat, talk about the news, get a drink, eat with friends and more! The Leader is Slash the Sandshrew, who is soon going to retire because of old age. It is unknown who will take over for him.
- Floor one. Is the Stone Room. The room isn't very big, but it's not needed bigger anyway. The ladder that leads from the surface is on the top-left side, and to the right of it is three stones. The first one, closest to the ladder, is the smallest one. The middle one is the second largest and the third is the largest. The third is called the Leader Stone, because that is were the leaders stands when he or she is making an announcement. In the lower-left corner there is a bench and a table, where Pokémon can sit, and in the lower-right corner there is a ladder that leads to the second floor, the ME room.
- Floor two. The ME room is named ME because Meetings and Eatings takes place there. The Meetings takes place when there is something important to be discussed about, and is mostly right after a Gathering. The Eatings are the, well, times when you eat. Then someone is chosen to serve the food, mostly Oran Berries and meat, only one is chosen, and there is only one Eating each day. For the Eatings, there are Pokémon chosen to find food in the woods, or the food could be donated. On the top-right there is a ladder that leads up to the Stone Room and on the top-left -in order from the ladder- there is a sink, where you can tap water, a Meat Sack, where the meat is stored, and a Berry Sack, where berries of all kinds are stored. On the lower-left there is a brown table with 8 light-blue pillows surrounding it, except for on the left side, where there is a bigger pillow only for the leader. The Pokémon sits there when there are either a Meeting or an Eating.

Berry Woods: A forest covering 1/4 of the crate like a moon. See the map for more info about position and size. This forest is a popular place for berry-picking and picnics. Enjoy your stay there :3 There are mostly bug and grass Pokémon there, and other pokémon are rarely seen.

Sinister Forest: The creepy part of Berry woods. It is located on the south of the crate. This forest is inhabitet by the meanest of the Pokémon in the Crate. You should be careful when you go there, you never know what lurks in there. They say it's haunted by Gengars and Haunters who creates illusions to trick you deeper into the forest and then capture you. The trees are so close together you can't see daylight even when it's day and there are only a few trees with leaves on there. The Houndour pack lives in the deepest part of it, go into their territory and you're dead. Definitively.

The Houndour Pack: The Pack is located in the deepest part of Sinister Forest. The former leader of the Houndour pack, Fenris, left because he wanted to become the leader of the Crate, so his son, Vargar (Harry potter name. Whoooo!), took over for him. How to distinguish Vargar from the other Houndours? Well, it's easy, just look for the Houndour with the most scars on it. The Houndour Pack are extremely territorial, and will rip you to pieces if you go there. However, they were very caring towards their own, and would give their life if it was for the best of the pack. But that was before they got Vargar as a leader. Vargar do only care about himself and if it wasn't for him being the oldest of Fenris' sons, he wouldn't have been laeding the pack

Magikarp Lake: In the middle of the crate is a long lake where fish and water pokémon live. This place is ideal for swimming and is the main source of fresh water. It is said that Suicune lives in the cave in the middle of the ocean and sometimes comes out to clean the water. Also, don't try to reach the cave or the mysterious red Gyarados will catch ya and have ya for dinner! This lake is quite deep, and there are several underwater cavers there, ideal for seel Pokémon like Spheal, Sealeo, Walrein and Seel and Dewgong. Some of them are big and deep, whilst some of them are only big enough to breath air in them. In some of the caves there are valuable and pretty crystals that glow everywhere you, in other words, they are the lamps of the Pokémon worlds!

Magikarp Beach: A beach is located right north of Magikarp lake. Many pokémon come to relax on the white, stone-free beach. This place is also the perfect place for dating *Whistles* But becareful when you sunbath there! Or a Krabby might pinch your toe off! (Or other parts)

Drowzee Plains: Drowzee Plains is on the north-west (Or is it east?) part of the Crate. it is a place where the sick and injured Pokémon are taken, in other words, a kind of hospital for Pokémon. The head doctor is Hypnose the Hypno. The Hospital is made of twigs and starws, but it is still extremely powerful and can stand earthquakes and weak hurricanes. If you see it from above it would be shaped like a capital L. There is only one floor, and the beds are made... GAH it's hard to explain. Take a look. So there is a log with the flat side up, on the log there is placed fresh, soft grass from the plains and on top it again is Silk made by Wurple so that you wont need to lay on the grass.

Pelipper Post Office: The post office of the Pokémon world at the northern part of the crater. The office is shaped like a Pelippers head, like in PMD1. You take your letters to them and they deliver it to whoever you wanted it to reach. Pelippers for normal post and Wingulls for private post.

Crystal Cave: Is located in the middle of MagikarpLake. Not much is known about this place, but it is rumoured that Suicune lives in there. However, don’t try to swim to the Island or the mysterious, red Gyarados will catch ya!

Elder Xatu’s house: The oldest of all the Pokémon in the Crate lives on the edge of the Crates northern side. The "house" is a cave that leads quite deep underground. No one has gone into it, so it's not sure how it looks like.Xatu is Fenris’ personal advisor, and only comes down to take place in Gatherings (Yes, I call them gatherings from the Warriors! Deal wi’ it!) at the discussing stones. Xatu is female.

Caves: On the wall of the crate there are hundreds of caves. Some are like tunnels and digs deep into the earth and some may only be as big for you to seek cover from the rain there! There are only one cave which leads to the other side, to the mountainside of Mt.Vesever. You can’t loose you cave, however, since after you have spent a certain time in one cave, your scent will be there for a loooooooooooooooooooo (and so on) ng time. Almost forever :3

Rock Slide Area: Places where it is danger for rock slides. BEWARE! or you might get caught in one :3 If so, tough luck.

Rocky Area: A place where there is exceptionally a lot of rocks, mostly big and heavy ones. They're mostly found under rock slide areas, so stay clear if you see a rocky place!

Bio: Blaziking was born in Berry Woods. His parents were adventurers and went into the caves often to try and see what was on the other side of them. One trip, they didn't return. Blaziking grew up always adventuring around the crate. Although he tends to get on people's nerves often, everyone loves him. He opened up a shop in the Underground Market (If okay) for selling people books and stories written by all sorts of Pokemon in the crate. He loves myths and legends. He has a girlfriend, a Torchic named Chica.

Item: Cyndaclaw - a small claw that is in a necklace that he always wears. The Cyndaclaw increases all of Blaziking's stats tremendously.

Bio: She lives in the middle of a group of trees with her mother; her father had died of the mysterious disease. Cicada also lives with her older brother.
Appearance: nothing special.

Item: Swarm Scythe - an item for Scyther and Scizor. It boosts Attack and Defense of those Pokemon.

He eventually followed one of the club members back to their clubhouse, thinking that they had something to eat. Now he at least he's learned a little bit, like how to get between the clubhouse and his default home of the beach, but he's still very young and impressionable, and could be helped greatly with a friend to help teach him about the world of the Crate.

Bio: Bouncy, being rather young, does not have much of a history to tell. He lives with his parents, a female Walrein and a male Floatzel, in a small underwater cave near the edge of Magikarp Lake. He has one older brother and would have a younger sister - only she died from the disease just a few weeks after she was born.
Appearance: Being so young, he is much smaller than an average Spheal, approximately 1' tall.
Relationships: None yet. Could possibly be friends with Shriek, as they are of a similar age.
Item: He has a Bounce Band around one of his flippers. The Bounce Band allows the holder to, as the name implies, jump higher than usual.
