Personality: Xerkav goes under the label of a villain with good intentions. While he is, in fact, evil, he stands by the statement that once the Rebellion is put down, he will make as many attempts as he can to make sure that the rest of Sinnoh enjoys a time of peace and prosperity. This does not mean that he'll be peaceful, oh, quite the opposite - he has been shown to mercilessly unleash Cross Thunders on any pokemon in his way. If, however, he does not believe that the pokemon actually does oppose him, he'll back down, and fly away as if there wasn't a problem.
Appearance: Like a normal member of his kind, except that his wings are a bit larger than those of his species, the blue mark on his head is a darker shade than normal
Bio: The exact day of his creation - along with the first century or so of his life - are unknown, even to him, but since then, he has taken to improving the lives of pokemon in any way he can, with a surprisingly high success rate. Other legendaries have never called him out on whether or not his means of help are actually righteous, for varying reasons (one of which is that he has been known to attack a fellow legendary with the same ferocity that he would be attacking an enemy with,) but some have their doubts of the extent he will go to to maintain his good. After some time, he moved to the Capitol in hopes of using the reign to help all those that accepted it. As for the rebellion, he has been a personal leader of soldiers in the war

Species: Toxicroak
Alliance: Fortress
Personality: To put it simply, Synox has a Knight Templar complex. He has a deep belief in justice, and that it must be dealt at any cost, but that's just it: at any cost. He will not hesitate to execute anyone that he suspects of being evil (unlike Xerkav, who at least tries to gain some insight of his targets,) and with a poison that's more lethal than the poison of a normal Toxicraok, he can carry out executions with ease. Appearance: He stand at a lower crouch than most of his species, his skin is a darker hue of purple, and his claws are much longer than normal.
Bio: It has been implied that there was something in Synox's past that caused him to gain this Knight Templar complex, as he was actually a nice pokemon during his younger years, but he has refused to say exactly what caused him to slip into this attitude (he'll usually say that this is what he's always believed in.) What is known about him is that once he slipped from the second fortress to the fourth, he became a rather prominent speaker as to making attacks on the captured fortresses, and early in the rebellion, the Capitol itself. As of now, he'll do whatever he can to ensure that he gets to personally attack - and kill - the servants of the Capitol, though he has yet to go toe-to-toe with a Legendary.

Alliance: Capitol
Personality: Hyksos is a thinker, and very intellectual. He prefers to plan things out before doing them. Even so, he can be a bit reckless and impatient at times. He hates waiting for others, but he will take as much time as he needs. He is very arrogant and ruthless when it comes to military strategics and such. He would preffer not to kill anyone in the sruggle, but will if it's absolutely neccesary.
Appearance: For one, Hyksos is shiny,(I'm guessing that's allowed) with a green body and a yellow crest. His claws are also slightly more developed, and he can fly slightly faster than a regular Latios.
Bio: Hyksos originally came from Hoenn, moving to the Capitol after being pursued by a trainer, at the age of 7. By the time he was 89, all the humans were gone. Hyksos helped the Capitol, and was eventually promoted to Head Military Strategist, and Second-In-Command of the Capitol's military. Hyksos believes that the Fortresses and the Capitol are able to live in Harmony, although they are seperated. However, He believes that if the Fortresses cannot remain in their place, then military action must be taken.
Relationships: Only if anybody wants one. Ask first. (Also, If someone takes latias, I guess I'll be that person's brother.)
Other: Mythbusters tends to hold me up, especially on wednesday nights. But finally done! will finish the other one later, and please tell me if there's anything wrong with it.

Personality: Baiverly acts like the nice, sweet girl that she pretends to be, frequently visiting the fourth Fortress to say hello and complain about the war. In reality, she's just trying to get answers and information out of the Fortressers. She actually is very strict, and doesn't take no for an answer. She absolutely hates being interrupted or argued with, and snaps back frequently. In her defense, she's just mad about being pressured into joining the Capitol by her brother, and takes it out on all of the Capitol members. She only has one friend, who she reveals her true, goofy, random, silly self to, and even then she cannot see him very often.
Appearance: Like her brother, she was born a shiny. That means she's white and gold, instead of red, and has green eyes. Also, she has a 'mask' around her eyes, like a raccoon, that is blue.
Bio: Shortly after her brother joined the Capitol, Baiverly was quick to follow, though did not advance through the ranks as her sibling did. She spent most of her time wandering around, and one day stumbled upon the fourth Fortress. She immediatly suspected of being part of the Capitol, though she denied everything, saying she simply didn't want to get involved in the war - which was partly true. After spending time with the members, mostly a Charizard, she started to get information out of them and would tell her superiors about it. Unfortunately, she bonded a little too closely with some members, and now finds it hard to deliver information to her leaders without feeling guilty.
Relationships: She has fallen in love with her Charizard friend, and is also sister to Hyksos.
Other: Meh, another friend-based charrie.
