A new Pokémon has been discovered. A tiny creature, it is a single-cell, invading a host’s body and feeding off electrical changes the host gives off. It inhabits the bodies of Electric types, passing unnoticed and not harming the creature it infects. But recently, the tiny Virus Pokémon has jumped the gap to humans, passing through direct contact with an infected host. It hunts the human’s body for the electrical charges it lives on, and finding none, it rips the host’s cells apart in a hunt for food.

It’s a gruesome killer. As more and more cells are killed, the infected human’s internal organs begin to dissolve, and they bleed from the eyes, ears, nose, and mouth, as well as other orifices. The victim dies 48 hours after infection.

The best scientists have come up with an idea to combat the creature. Injecting Electric Pokémon DNA into anyone they can find – Volunteers, criminals, mental patients. After injection, it takes a few days to take effect, modifying the host’s body structure it fit the DNA injected. Those injected are then used as human lab rats, experimented on and treated like lower life forms.
You are one of those in the program, taken to a massive lab facility, and cut off from the outside world.

All those with DNA of Electric Pokémon will have the following Moves/Abilities if forced into battle:
Ability: Static
Moves: Thundershock, Thunderwave, and either Thunderpunch, Thunder Fang, Charge Beam, or Spark. In addition, one more move learned by your Pokemon by level-up of 70 or under power.

Age: 19
Gender: Female
Appearance: Emese is tall and thin, with shoulder-length dirty-blonde hair and dark blue eyes. Her face is oddly foxy, and her ears are pointed, and each holds two piercings. Her eyes are almond-shaped, and glitter with mischief. She has a ring of white needle-like fur around her neck. Her typical mode of dress now that she’s part of the ‘lab-rats’ is a matching set of white sweatpants and sweatshirt. If one were to look very closely at her, they would notice a small bump on her abdomen…

History: Emese had a normal and pretty boring childhood, with a kind mother and father. But when she was 16, she started running with a bad crowd. She started getting into drugs. She ran away from home at 17, living with her boyfriend. A month before the outbreak, she was arrested and put in jail for armed robbery and possession. She was chosen to be part of the project because of her youth and vitality. She was injected with Jolteon DNA, and it changed her body. Unbeknown to her, her unborn baby was also affected…
Personality: Emese is bold and quick, talking and moving as fast as she can. She’s a very loud person, not caring who she talks to, really. She hates to wait, and will play with her ears and hair if she has to.

Appearance: Tall, Average body weight, Blond hair, Hazel eyes, Irish white,

History: Angelo came from a broken home, He lived with his mother and never knew his father and as a result never had a good role model. When he was 13 he joined a local gang, The Jets. They were like his family for the next 4 years untill a huge gang war broke out and he got arrested. He got chosen for the program because he seemed like he had the perfect body and mind for the DNA of an electric type pokemon.
Personality: High-strung and a bit reckless, Angelo is quick to lose his temper and gets upset at the smallest things.

Name: Noah Fisher
Age: 17
Gender: Male
DNA: Chinchou
Moves: Charge Beam, Confuse Ray, Thunder Wave, Thundershock

Appearance: Noah is rather short, with a slight build only accentuated by the baggy grey sweatpants and sweatshirt hanging off his frame. He has messy black hair of no particular style or set length - it looks like it he hacked it off himself several months ago, as in general his hair is on the longer side. His skin is light blue and he has brown eyes.

Two antennae sprout from the same spot at the back of his head, over the top of his skull and before his eyes. At the end of these, there are large yellow bulbs almost as large as his head, which often glow. They spark with bolts of electricity when he's preparing to attack, and can flash or brighten if he wishes it.

History: Noah had never had a particularly interesting life, other than being a bit of a loner. He spent most of his time indoors, reading or going on computer, and he hadn't even gone on a pokemon journey when everyone else did, though he did go get a starter for a pet, which he eventually gave to his younger brother when the latter went on his own pokemon journey.

During high school (where he was slightly ahead of the students who had spent part of the school year or more on the pokemon journey), Noah started hearing about the virus, and watched as people became more and more concerned about it. It didn't strike home, however, until one day when his friend's mother died three days after he'd last seen her. It was soon after when he heard of a way to fight back, or at least help the scientists do so.

Unlike his friend, who had jumped into it with thoughts of vengeance against the virus, Noah was more reluctant. The potential cures could have all sorts of negative effects on him. But the few friends he had, he was loyal to, so he considered it seriously.

There were supposed to be all sorts of laws protecting test subjects, such as the knowledge that the cure was safe by testing them on rattata first, and not terribly restricting the test subjects. So he actually considered it. Well, he'd like the money, certainly, and this way nobody could ever say he never contributed anything to humankind. After thinking it over, he volunteered for the program.

It was the greatest mistake of his life.

Personality: Noah is rather aloof to the feelings of others, mostly because he isn't sure exactly how to deal with them. He can be somewhat rude and ignores what others do unless it makes it to the news or something extreme is taking place right before his eyes. He appears apathetic, not caring too much about anyone but himself. He'd rather keep to his books and games and the like, as they keep him better-entertained.

However, very little of this applies to his few friends. To them, he is loyal and tries to be helpful, even though he's not always good at it. He is also strongly opinionated and isn't afraid to reveal his opinions or argue them, amongst people he's comfortable with. He is highly curious and likes to experiment, and is actually rather caring, even if he has difficulty showing it.

Other: Noah is capable of breathing underwater, but only to a certain extent. When staying still, he has to literally swallow the water to breathe, which can fill up his stomach very quickly. However, if he's swimming with his mouth open, he can breathe while swimming... but he doesn't get enough oxygen to sustain rigorous activity like swimming.

Appearance: *makes a Pokemorphthingymajigger* But i'll give a description for now. She has long, straight black hair, with Raichu ears and Raichu tail, her clothes are orange except for her shoes, which are orange and brown.
DNA: Raichu
History: She was abandoned at three. One day, she was wandering around, when a scientist grabbed her and forced her to be spliced, although he let her have a choice of which Pokemon.
Personality: Shy around new people, but very bouncy once you get to know her.EDIT: She is also a hemophobic pacifist(hemophobic=fear of blood)
Other: Moves: Thundershock, Thunder Wave(replaced by Thunderbolt later), Charge Beam, and Iron Tail
 
Name: Ken Oliver
Age: 22
Gender: Male
Appearance: Medium hight, stocky and muscular, tanned skin with a strange grey tint, and very short grey hair, which was formerly black and if he had the chance would dye. His eyes are oddly round and seem to lack irises (they are present, but are black and indistinguishable from his pupils). His usual clothes are a pair of white trainers, tight fitting jeans, and a white t-shirt. Although not generally visible, his skin and bones are slightly tougher than they were before.
DNA: Magneton
History: A common thug, he eventually wound up almost killing someone when a disagreement got out of hand. He was sent to prison for this, where he was given an offer by a scientist; help them in their research and he would be able to go free earlier. He's still waiting, and his patience won't last much longer
Personality: Arrogant, rude, hateful, uneducated, he thinks himself to be 'hard' and generally brilliant - an opinion shared only by the other arrogant, rude, hateful and uneducated 'hard guys' which formed his friendship network before his imprisonment. Most other people don't think much of him and he has been 'written off' by a number of people, which just results in making him more hateful. He has been known to be a nice person on a few very rare occasions, but it can be months before that side of him can show up again.

Age: 14
Gender: Female
Appearance: Karen is quite tall being only 14 years old. She has long, purple hair that curls at the tip, like a Raikou's cape. She has yellow clothes with the markings of a Raikou at her arms and legs. She also has the tail of a Raikou, and the long fangs of one.

Her eyes are red. Yeah.
DNA: Raikou (Still allowed, right?)
History: As a child, Karen was always obsessed with electric Pokémon, but mostly of Raikous. She has a dream that she could some day become a Pokémon Trainer, but that dreamed popped when she became injected with the Raikou DNA. When she was older, and found out about the virus, she voluntereed to become one of the injected.
Personality: Happy and social, Karen loves to talk and would love to be in the center of attention. But lately, after being injected with the Raikou DNA, she has turned more shy and quiet, and stays out of crowds, as she feels uncomfortable around many people, even other humans that has been injected with an electric type Pokémon.
Other: Karen is a quite quick runner, and she can bolt past most of the people that are about her same age.

Lengthened it a bit, but I can add more if it's not enough, you just have to tell me :3
 
Name: Sapphire
Age: 14
Gender: Female
Appearance: Sapphire is about five feet tall, and has a slim build. Her eyes are a sapphire blue, hence her name. Her hair is short and dark gray, looking a little like a Luxio's mane. Sapphire's shirt is sky blue with yellow stripes around the sleeves. It has long sleeves that go all the way down to Sapphire's wrists. On her right hand, Sapphire wears a black glove; she doesn't wear one on her left hand, because of course, she is left handed.
She wears black sweatpants, and on her feet, she wears short, white socks and blue running shoes. For some reason, she has a Luxio's tail, and her teeth are rather sharp.
DNA: Luxio.
History: She was born in Floaroma town on March 16th. Her first friend was a Luxio, which her parents had since before she was born. Sapphire built an exceptionally close bond with the Luxio, and grew up spending a lot of time with it. There was a terrible rainstorm when Sapphire was 6, and that was the first time Sapphire heard thunder and noticed the flashes of lightning. Since then, she has been fascinated by electricity.
When Sapphire turned ten, her parents gave her the Luxio as a present. She kept it in a black Luxury Ball, to let it be comfortable while it wasn't outside of its Pokeball. She explored different places in Sinnoh with it for four years. She named it Bolt, after the fact that it could run very fast.
When she was thirteen, Sapphire learned about the parasite-thing. She's rather afraid of it, but then again, isn't everybody...? On her fourteenth birthday, she volunteered to be spliced with an electric Pokémon.
Personality: Sapphire is a competitive individual, and likes being the center of attention. She volunteers for most things, including the DNA splicing. She always wants to be the best, but at the same time, doesn't think it's the end of the world if she's not first or second. The thing that frustrates her most is when she tries her best, but still fails. Then, she tends to get harsh on herself, scolding herself for losing like that. Sapphire doesn't really get that what matters is doing her best. She has a quick temper, too, and is easily offended. But under her apparently solitary outside, she has a motherly nature, and is good at taking care of things like pets. She doesn't really mind biting people with her moves. She also tends to act remotely like a dog sometimes.
Other: Ability is Static. Moveset is Thundershock, Thunderwave, Thunder Fang, and Crunch.

Name: Timothy "Tim" Samuel
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Appearance: Timothy's eyes are black and emotionless, and a simple glance could make you want to turn away. No one knows why his eyes are like this, but he doesn't seem to notice. His gray-black hair is worn in a style exactly like a Luxray's mane, but he grows it like that and says it's not a part of his Pokemon DNA. He wears a black t-shirt and blue jeans, along with black platform boots. He has some spiky black fur sticking up from his shoulders, and a whiplike tail with a star on the end. He grows his fingernails to be slightly pointy but rather short.
DNA: Luxray
History: Before his lab-rat-ness, Timothy lived a normal life. People were always wondering what was wrong with his dark gaze, but no one--not even he--seemed to pay attention to it. At the age of thirteen, he dropped out of school. Since then he was slightly stubborn, but otherwise average. At the age of 16-and-a-half, he volunteered to become a lab rat, and now lives what he says is a relatively normal life.
Personality: Timothy is slightly stubborn, but kind and caring nonetheless. He hates violence, but is otherwise determined. He prefers working in groups and taking time to solve problems. He depends on logic over instinct. He is easily angered and will attack fiercly when offended. Despite all this, he's a good friend. Just don't get on his bad side.
Other: Ability: Static. Attacks: ThunderShock, Thunder Wave, Charge Beam and Charge.
