Open PMD: The Aijou Glitch

Amos was looking at himself and Zemhal walking through that field, yet again. Many times he had dreamed about that moment, and every time the same thing happened. He watched himself and Zemhal talking, laughing, with not a care in the world. In the distance he saw a Cacturne, struggling to move. Suddenly, the Cacturne fell to its knees. It began crying. Wait, crying?

Amos abruptly opened his eyes. He heard someone crying off in the distance. He stood up and went off towards the sound. As he expected, it was another young Pokemon, a Torchic this time, crying, most likely about being dropped here. Amos approached it, but stayed a few feet away.

"Is something wrong?" he asked.

Psyco popped out of the water, chewing heartily on some reeds. He climbed onto the bank and shook himself dry. He looked around his nest, looking for his Green Scarf. He wrapped it round the top of his head and tied it up, with great difficulty. "Stupid stubby fingers." he muttered. He usually had his trainer tie it up for him, but he wasn't here now, which Psyco didn't think of as a bad thing.

He noticed a couple of Haban berries in the tree above him. He focused hard on them and used Psychic to make the fall out of the tree. He sat down and was about to eat them, when he saw a Torchic in the forest. "Hey! Little Torchic! What's the matter?" he cried out, walking towards the little guy, "Are you hungry or Somthing?"

((Gah, I hate being so busy!))

From atop a mountain perch, a large, red and white dragon awoke. Unfolding his great wings, Krika took flight.

I should see if I can find one of those who would wish to destroy this place. But if I were to openly declare that I am a guardian, then they would flee.

So where to look? I have yet to even find someone who could be fleeing from here.

Hedrahn saw a bur coming towards him, and hopped backwards, away from it, and ended up falling over. He sniffed, and looked at the blur. When he heard the question, he shook his head quickly. Not hungry, just scared. "Mommy!" he chirped.

As Aishi and Meti floated along they sensed a few pokemon ahead of them, as they foraged ahead they noticed a few other guardians, They appeared behind a gallade and quietly said "Hello all... how are you today...?"

"Gah!" Lance spun around to face the speakers. They were a bluish-coloured Frosslass and a Shedinja. That was why he hated Ghost-types; they snuck up on other so silently that it was hard to know that they were there. However, Lance knew that they were (probably) just trying to be friendly, and so replied after a moment to get his brain working, "Fine for the moment. You?"

"Fairly good..." They both replied in unison, then floating forward a bit more they said "So... What are we doing today...? Have the pokemon trying to leave caused anymore trouble...?"

{I think we know about them already...}

((…Uh…just so you know, Lance is an escapee. And I interpreted it as a small group of Pokemon that want to leave and are trying to figure out how to organize it, and the guardians aren't as much of a group but a bunch that end up working together by mutual goals. Eh, I think everyone interpreted it differently though, so whatever. =D))

Lance blinked. "So the rumours are true? I was under the impression that they hadn't tried to leave yet." He stopped before he revealed something and admonished himself for not thinking before he spoke. These Pokemon (whose synchronized speaking seemed a little odd) obviously didn't like the ones trying to leave. "I wouldn't know what they're doing, I've never met them as a group, although there are plenty of Pokemon scattered around that want to leave." Like me. Perhaps I should properly search for them.

Amos sighed. It was another sad case of a young Pokemon accidentily being transferred here. Unfortunately, this happened often. For a moment, Amos was tempted to pretend to be the young Pokemon's mother, but he stopped himself.

"No," he said calmly, "I'm not your mother."

"And I'm not your mother either." Psyco said. He'd only just noticed a Heracross coming towards the Torchic as well. "I'm Psyco," he said to the Heracross,"What's your name?"

Skaldia heard annoyingly loud cries from below. Just what was making that stupid sound? She swooped lower, and eventually landed near where she had heard the cries. Walking forward awkwardly, she saw a group of Pokemon and... a Torchic. A very small one at that. So it had been the one crying. "I'm glad I don't have better hearing, or I'd have a headache." she said acidly, looking down at the young Pokemon. "I suppose it got here the same way everyone else did?"

Hedrahn sniffed again. "Me Hedrahn. You?" he asked looking at the new blur coming towards him. Psyco... he was a nice blur Hedrahn liked him. But the second blur was kind of big, and a little scary, and the third blur with wings was even scarier. He backed away from the winged blur a bit.

Krika took notice of two pokemon having a conversation with another. He flew down closer, and they were revealed to be a Shedinja and a Frosslass.

Ghosts. Well, I'm no fan of that particular type, but I've been a bit left out of the loop at this point, so...

He came in for a landing behind the two ghosts. He then noted that the pokemon they were talking to was a Gallade.

Interesting and quite curious. I must observe and see if these group are my allies, or my prey.

Khalos slumped against a tree and pulled a medium-sized crystal out of his bag. Taking a large bite of it, the elderly Sableye crunched loudly, sending out tinkling, grating noises.

Like most Sableye, Khalos could be quieter than a statue when he wanted to. Unless, of course, he was eating. Gemstones are loud.

No... No, don't leave!
Episky awoke with a start. She had that dream again.
"Oh, Xhan..." It seemed like just yesterday she was getting ready to leave to Sinnoh to train. She sighed. She'd just have to get over it. Unless she escaped...
She jumped of the tree and flew into the sky, the Chilan berry necklace bouncing on her chest.
"Let's see, where can I find some water?" Unlike most Flygon, she loved the water. And getting wet. There was a small lake nearby. She swooped down and landed.

Lucky sighed. He was happy to finally be away from that Jacob, although he wanted out of this place/ He came upon a lake, and... a Flygon. So he wasn't alone. He wasn't sure whether to talk to it or follow it back to wherever it was staying. As if to answer himself, he accidentally stepped on a twig. Well, looks like I'm talking to it now. He stepped out of the bushes.

Amos turned, startled to see that there was a Psyduck also nearby the Torchic. Perhaps then the Torchic hadn't been talking to Amos...?

"My name's Amos," he said, to answer their question.

Episky looked around the lake. It was mildly inhabited. There was an Arbok, a Seviper, a Psyduck, and a Skorupi. She heard a twig snap nearby. She turned around and saw a Lucario standing there, looking at her.
And a Lucario.
"Um, hi. My name's Episky." She didn't know what to say. She hadn't talked to any Pokemon in a while.

"Amos..." Hedrahn repeated. He was nice too. Hedrahn liked him. Psyco and Amos. But what about the third blur...?

"And mine's Lucky." Lucky replied. He had never before seen a Flygon in real life, much less talked to one. "So, uh, do you know where any other Pokemon are?"
