• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

"Hey, yeah!"
Spunky said.

"So all we have to do move past where the door was, and we can get out.
I think it was...Right about here?"
Silver said, stepping carefully forward.

Dar, Aqua, and Crystal went to where Spunky was. To answer Myst's question, he said,"Lets just hope we dont." By then, Crystal was somewhat translucent.

Scohui and Geodude were still wondering the place. There was nothing there.

Scohui fell on his knees. He was hungry and thirsty.

"I...I can't...continue like...this"
"You have to be strong!"
"How...how do you...want me to be...strong? How many...days have passed?"
"There's still hope"
"In some...other place. Where the heck...are they..." Scohui fell on the ground.
Geodude got closer to him
"There's still hope..."

Aura was suprised that she didnt get a welcome she expected. Sure, Aqua was super excited to see her, but the excitement faded.

"Hey guys, umm, so, bring me up to date on this stuff. Oh, and shouldnt we get back to the guild now? Are we still in the past?" Aura started to ask.

(BTW, i really think aquapal should play aqua, but unfortunately, she's not a member and i have no way to contact her. Dark Koala, can you have aqua notice Aura more? Aura and Aqua are best friends, so they should act like that.)

Dementia turned back to Aura as she joined the others. "Of all things to say, Aura. You really expect us to go back to the guild? Right now? At a time like this?!"

She continued, " If we can't even escape a room without having to use that Dark World whatever thing, how in the name of GOD are we supposed to get to the guild? We're nowhere near it! We can probably only use the technique to get to the other side of a damned door, for Christ's sake! There's no way we can reach the guild."

"That's enough."
Spunky said, not looking at Dementia.

"She's just a little kid. No need to curse. Save your anger for murdering that ex-boyfriend of yours."
She continued.

Silver looked at Spunky strangely as she said this.

Aura glared at Spunky, even though she was only trying to help.

"Of all the pokemon in here, i am the second oldest, the oldest being Dementia, and i am only a year younger than her." She turned to dementia, "Dementia, Don't you remember my ability? I can open a portal to the present right outside the guild. Oh, by the way, speak properly! You should say, 'How in the name of Arceus', get it right!"

Aura wondered why Dementia snapped at her. Was it because of Dusknoir? Possibly.

Dementia hmphed, looking away as she crossed her arms. "As far as I'm concerned, neither one exsists since they allowed this to happen," she muttered under her breath, and eventually wished she could take it back.
She looked back at Aura. "I know your power. But we can't just...just let him live for what he did."

Aura was confused. She figured Dementia was talking about Dusknoir almost killing Dementia, but Aura wasnt certain.

"Dementia......before i do this, are you certain you dont want him to live?" Aura cautiosly asked, speaking every word in the speed of a turtle.

The Gardevoir looked away, forcing back tears of anger and sorrow.
Truth was, she didn't know what to think about him.
For so long he had disorted her thoughts to something different every single day.
She...She still...loved him...But she was so angry and confused with him.
"...I..."
Her head bowed as her eyes darted in every direction as she stared at the ground.
Her eyes forcefully shut as her fists clutched once more.
Did Dusknoir deserve to live? Or was death the only way for him?
"I don't know. I don't know." Dementia repeated over and over again, shaking her head. "I just don't know."

"hmm....i have an idea, but to do this, i must stop time, and open another portal. However......I either used the past portal twice, or the past portal once and the future portal once. If we do this, then he'll live, but you might never see him again, unless Dialga would be so kind into doing it, but i highly doubt it." Aura stated.

Aura recalled the place where there used to be no time. However, Aura concentrated and actually created time. She didnt know at what point in time, however. For all she knows, it could be in a different dimension where Dusknoir'll never see Dementia, or just a different time in this dimention. Aura sighed.

She freezed time, using a vast amount of concentration. She touched Dementia on the shoulder, giving her movement. She awaited her descicion, with only Aura and Dementia moving.

(NOTE, everyone but Dementia and Aura is frozen, so everyone besides me and Ulqi can communicate. You post by just making your character think something, but not say anything.)

Dementia blinked as the animation returned to her body. She turned to Aura. "...Will I still remember him?"
Her eyes were lost and scared. She didn't know what to say or do.
Her whole body was shaking with fear as she blinked again at Aura.

"I have no certain answer for that. If the place i send him to is another dimension, then you'll remember him. If it is in this dimension in the past, he might change the past causing you to go to the other dimension, where i created the time while i was there. When sent into the other dimension due to a changed timeline, you will forget dusknoir if he does not interact with you in the past. However, much like how i remembered you guys, you will have a chance at remembering him. In the end, we will either be here and live with our lives, or be in another dimension, acting as if that dimension WAS our dimension. Just in case, i suggest bringing something that will jog your memory of Dusknoir....just in case...." Aura rambled on.

Crystal, Aqua, and Dar each had their own thoughts on the situation:
Im not going to be around much longer, thought Crystal, How am I going to break it to Dar that I cant be saved?
Aw man, thought Aqua, I hope this works, so everything can go back normal, and me and Aura can just live out our lives...
Okay. So were time traveling again. thought Dar,Fun. Man my nose itches...

Dementia slowly ran her palm along her torn dress, feeling the tears. "This will remind me, I'm sure of it."
She looked up in Aura's eyes with the same lost look. "...I'm scared." she finally admitted, looking away again. "I just...I don't know what will happen. It scares me. I don't like fear, Aura. You know that."
She rubbed her eyes and continued, "And, despite the fact that I really don't him right now, I...I want to be able to know Dusknoir. It just...feels right, somehow."
She grabbed Aura's small hand. "Don't let that happen, my old friend." she whispered quietly, ready to go through with this.

"You know, you dont even have to go through the portal. I open it, and throw him in. None of us go through. After this, i'm not time traveling anymore, do you understand?" Aura firmly asked.

This all happened because of her. This was all Aura's fault. Aura let a tear go down her cheek, and once it left her face, it froze in the still air.

Aura didnt want to remember Dusknoir, but she wanted to remember how terrible he is, so no one like him ever comes along again.

She concentrated and opened a portal. It didnt freeze in the still air because that portal represents more time than Aura can freeze. Aura sighed, and asked one final thing, "I will ask you once more. Do you want me to through Dusknoir in?"

She looked away at the dreaded question.
...Sort of yes and sort of no. She wanted him to pay for what damage he had caused...But she was still so intrigued by him.
"...Let...Let me speak to him before he's gone."
Dementia opened her eyes and looked up.
"I want the truth before he's finally gone. That's all I ask."
