Uh, no. The shading is wrecked 'cause the sprite is pixely inside and out. There are dots of colors floating around it and inside it, and you can't use the fill-in tool to get more than three pixels at a time.
PNG takes up less space, too. And the sprite is left exactly how you make it. Clear.

A year or two ago I was trying to make adoptable pets (when I only had paint, which was horrible for what I was trying to do), and I saved them often so I wouldn't lose my work, and I was trying to color them with one color that I could replace easily, but I kept saving them as jpegs, and I was like 'why does the fill color keep getting messed up?'
Took me so long to figure out~

This site is not letting me get the best sprites. I saved it as a PNG...
Ok, the ice is just a little bright for my tastes, but I can never make a good ice type anyway, so...*shrugs*
The grass type one looks fuzzy, as if there are extra dots in it.
And if the thing on the head and tail of the fire type is fire, use the fire on pokemon such as charmander of chimchr for reference. That's what I do. Also, most of the outline is black...it doesn't look too right.
