Arceus stood alone in the Hall Of origin, talking to a small, floating, blue flame with a dragon-like face.
"I don't blame you Palkia, it's my fault" Arceus said, looking down and shaking his head.
"What do you mean?" The flame said, having a tone of confusion in it's voice.
Arceus stood silent for a while, before saying: "I should have suspected you couldn't hurt it, but I was foolish"
"How did you know we couldn't hurt it?" the flame said, which by now appeared to be Palkia. "I never said it!"
"Because that's the only explanation all of you died, right? And I know why"
The Palkia-flame jumped when Arceus said "And I know why" And quickly yelled: "Why couldn't we hurt it?! Tell me!"
"Because you lack innocence" Arceus said, upon which Palkia looked like a question mark, something seemed to amuse Arceus quite a bit.
"What do you mean by innocence?"
"Innocence is what makes normal Pokémon and legends different. The innocence is a barrier that balances the power of one Pokémon to make sure it doesn't expand to our extent"
Palkia seemed a little upset, as if Arceus was fooling around with him. "Are you saying something that limits power would defeat something not even Dialga's Roar Of Time couldn't even scratch?!"
Arceus got back his serious face. And said "The innocence is a power of light, but it cannot defeat this being alone, it requires power at the level of you, your brothers, you get my meaning"
This didn't calm Palkia, it simply made him more confused and enraged.
"But all of us died!" he yelled, he had obviously lost his temper by this point. "What can we do!?"
Arceus had what was best described as a finicky grin. "Don't you know that, when you're a spirit, you can enter another body?"
Palkia, was by now, looking like a bigger question mark then he had ever done before.
"Palkia, my son. You might be dead, but you can lend you power to someone else if you were to enter their body. Get my idea?"
It suddenly looked like a cog began moving in Palkia's mind.
"Are you telling that we should enter the body of some Pokémon, and then defeat that being in that body?"
"I'm afraid it's not that easy, you have to find someone who can handle your power. By that I mean someone who's mind gets along with yours"
Palkia now had a pondering look on his face, but seemed to understand. "Should I go and tell that to the others?" and seeing that Arceus simply nodded at him, the flame began flying to the exit of the hall. But quickly turned and asked: "But what was that being anyway? You never explained that"
Arceus seemed rather shocked at the question, guessing by the way he reacted. "It's Nothing, I'll explain once all of you finds someone to share a body with. Now go"
And so the flame leaved the Hall of Origin.

TL;DR: Something killed off all the legendaries, and they have to share the body with a normal Pokémon to be able to defeat this thing.

10. The legendary spirits have two forms, one where they are a little blue flame with their face on it. And one where they are they normal form but transparent and grey-toned.
11. when the legendary is in the body of the Pokémon, the Pokémon changes appearance A SMALL BIT, nothing radical, just some small things and colours. On the other side, two other things change radically, to begin with the secondary type of the Pokémon is exchanged for the primary OR secondary type of the legendary, changing strengths and weaknesses. The Pokémon also becomes available to use the same moves as the legendary they cannot usually use.

Name: Inferno

Age: Adult

Gender: Male

Species: Charizard

Appearance: Like a normal Charizard, mostly. Scars from battles long past dot his body in places, and his wings are slightly tattered, silent proof of battles long past.

Possessed Appearance: The scars vanish, his wings are whole, and the flame on his tail burns with a new intensity. If he remains possessed for an especially long period of time, the temperature of the air around him begins to rise until it reaches the point where icy water can be brought to boiling within seconds.

Personality: Inferno prefers to keep to himself, only speaking when necessary, and distrusts those who have not proven themselves. Despite his name, Inferno rarely makes use of his flames, prefering instead to use his physical strength. When Inferno starts to breath fire, it is a sign that he is going to do whatever it takes to come out victorious.

Species: Moltres

Gender: Male

Personality: Like Inferno, Moltres keeps to itself most of the time- Before the struggle, it often would go to lengths to keep itself seperated from others. But Moltres' wrath is nearly as legendary as the bird itself. It may take a lot of coaxing and prodding to rile the bird, but when it happens none is safe from the fury.

Appearance: She is a darker pink and wears a green scarf as an ID

Possessed Appearance: She has the color, the cloud, and the black bands of an Entei
Personality: She's quite hyper. She doesn't know much about the outside world.

Biography: She was raised in captivity as soon as she was born. She was raised as a housepet. So she was affected by what the humans did, watched on TV, read etc. She escaped recently to explore the outside world.

Name: Scar

Gender: Male

Personality: The polar opposite of Jax. He is cool and calculating and often thinks things through. He's mad that he has to be inside a Skitty of all things.

Age: 15

Gender: Male

Species: Zangoose

Appearance: Black Markings instead of red, everywhere else is white.

Possessed Appearance: Eyes turn yellow, claws turn the purple of Raikou's cloud. Teeth get sharper as well. Type changes to Electric.

Personality: Loyal and fierce. Can be clueless at times, he's normally not a quiet guy, but he can shut up when he has to. Can be awkward around women sometime, but can also be arrogant and annoying to them as well.

Biography: Lived alone in the wild, where his parents were both captured by trainers. He ruthlessly beat down any pokemon who was sent to capture him, and he got in tussles with Seviper multiple times out of principle. Beaten to death on more than one occasion, he has learned to fend for himself and has been forced to accept the reality of his life, that he's alone and nobody is there to help him.

Species: Raikou

Name: Raikou (No nickname)

Gender: Male

Personality: Fiery. Gets into quarrels rather quickly, and dislikes being in a pokemon body not as fast as he was. Also dislikes the fact that a Zangoose is a physical attacker, wheras he relied on special attacks, so he believes he won't be as strong as he used to be.

I always play Darkrai as female; it just looks feminine to me. >>
It's not like that would screw up the character or anything.

Personality: Skirmix is the most outspoken against this mission, believing it to be a suicide mission. It is for this reason that he frequently gets into arguments with Palkia, who is completely devoted to the mission. In battle, he is a great tactical thinker; often able to turn losing battles into winning ones. He's very down to earth, which is most likely the reason he thinks this is a suicide mission

Personality: In stark contrast to Skirmix, who thinks that going on this mission is a huge mistake, Palkia is completely devoted to helping defeat this "unknown force." He feels responsible for the death of his fellow legendaries; he believes that it was because of his own weakness that they died. He will stop at absolutely nothing to defeat the "unknown force" and bring peace back.

Appearance: She is shiny, with silver fur except for the tips of her tails, which are a light blue. She has a silver ring placed snugly around each of her tails.

Possessed Appearance: Her fur acquires a blue-ish tinge, though nothing too obvious, and the outlines of a billowing cloud appear on her back. The longer she is possessed, the more it comes into focus.

Personality: Ishara is reserved and willing to be left alone. She likes to meditate on the problems and circumstances of life, and often doesn't quite seem to grasp the danger of a situation. She hates being hurried, but an insult to those around her will stoke her temper, and she is quite vicious, if methodical, when angry. She fervently believes in "an eye for an eye".

Biography: She was born in the wild, but caught by a trainer that longed to possess the elegance and beauty of a Ninetales. So, she was cared for and pampered exquisitely, though her trainer didn't really want to use her for anything. Thus, Ishara was left to her own devices most of the time, and occupied herself by thinking about everything. Eventually, she decided to see the rest of the world, and find new things to ponder - the tail rings were farewell gifts from her trainer when she left.

Species: Suicune

Name: No name

Gender: Female

Personality: Suicune is... bitter about being inside another Pokemon. She values her freedom, and having to possess another Pokemon is, in her opinion, something degrading. She is quite curt to those around her, for the most part, though she manages to be civil to Raikou and Entei. The limitations of her new body bother her almost as much as the fact that she's hanging around in a Fire-type. She regrets that the legendaries died, and is almost fanatical about fighting the "unknown force". She doesn't like losing.

Age: About 30 years

Gender: Female

Species: Dragonair

Appearance: Nothing really unnatural. She may have a scratch here or there if she's been in a fight lately, but there's nothing unusual about her physically.

Possessed Appearance: If you look closely, the skin around her eyes is a bit of a darker shade of blue, and her orbs look like they contain water or something.

Personality: Ura is very quiet and thoughtful. She doesn't like to make decisions too quickly, perferring to think it all through first. She is very stubborn and headstrong, and it's very hard to get her to change her mind once she's thought long enough to make the decision. She likes to organize things in her spare time, and could even be called obssessive-compulsive because of it.

Biography: Ura once did live in a lake, and actually was once a part of the same colony that was the same one that proved the existance of Dratini. However, long before that happened, she felt a strange compulsion to swim up a far narrower body of water, a river. She swam all the way out to sea, but couldn't discover why she felt she needed to go there, and also couldn't find the river she had followed to get there. So she lived in the sea, still hoping to find the reason she felt she had to swim away from her family.

Other: The fact that she lived in salt water rather than fresh was a contributing factor to her getting possessed by Lugia.

Gender: Female

Personality: Lugia is generally quiet and mellow like Ura. She can get very excited sometimes, though. She believes very strongly in justice and enjoys setting the world in balance, including killing this dark thing. She is a bit shy and reclusive, but quickly warms up to people if they can manage to talk to her.

Age: 17 or so in Pokémon years
Gender: Male
Species: Sandslash
Appearance: A normal-looking Sandslash
Possessed Appearance: His scales are reddish instead of dark brown, and he has a small ridge on his head like Groudon does.
Personality: Skittish and rather quiet, but not afraid to fight if needed. Snaps easily if pressured. Even though Rik is reasonable and understanding, he does yell and get angry if he thinks he should be.
Other: "#3 and #5" Get it? It's a joke...

Legendaries:

Species: Groudon
Gender: Male
Personality: Outspoken and easily angered, Groudon is nevertheless sensible if he understands what is going on. One of the first to suggest brute force in a situation, Groudon nevertheless is open to other suggestions, if they make sense to him.
 
Everyone accepted/reserved except Momoharu, I don't think you wrote ENOUGH.

@Zora: I don't see how Darkrai is female, but fine, you may have it your way, if it satisfy you.

Also I changed rule 11 a bit, go look at it if you haven't.

Age: 25 human years
Gender: Feeeemale
Species: Salamence
Appearance: A normal Salamence, with a few scars. The tip of her tail is missing, and a bigger, more prominent scar runs from her right shoulder to her right leg.
Possessed Appearance: Has a darker blue triangle on her chest, and two ear things in the style of Latias on either side instead of three.
Personality: Very friendly and playful. She is always joking around, but often gets into fights. Even in fights, Storm acts like she's playing with her opponent, but when she really gets serious, run for it. No, really.
Biography: Once she head a Trainer, but she was released when he moved to Johto. Until then, she wandered around Hoenn, before ending up just outside Lilycove City and making a home there.

Species: Latias
Name: She calls herself Soul Fire
Gender: Female
Personality: Very playful, and likes playing pranks on others. She's a wanderer, but finds herself oddly drawn to Lilycove City for whatever reason. Somewhat twitchy, Soul Fire can't stay in one place for too long.

Oh, by the way, my new type is Psychic :P That's in addition to Dragon type, so Ura's a Dragon/Psychic now. Is that okay?

Should I put that on my form?
