Those look pretty good ^^ I really like the Saladash, Gardymew and the Mewcario. Though I would most likely run for my life if I saw Saladash :O
They're all good, though I think Ed's hair is more blonde than that. Though I can't really criticize much else because I am not good at spriting myself. ^^ No requests from me though.

I can critique sprites though!
With Ed, Like Dragonclaw said, the hair needs to be more blonde, and the darkest colour needs to be darker.
With Glagonair, you need to do some work on where the tail attatches itself to the body.
With both Mewcario and Riomew, the faces looks quite odd.
Saladasd is pue win, though. Except for the front-right leg. It seems like there's a massive lump there. Needs to be fixed.
Ad for requesting, why not go for an Alphonse trainer sprite?
