Pokemon: Shiny Raichu?

Alrighty, I got your chao done. However, the tail looks horrible. I had to take the tail off the actual Raichu sprite and shrink it, because I could NOT get the tail right. He also has no mouth. I had no room. I still think he looks ADORABLE though. Hopefully you'll think the same!
(To the others who requested- I'm working on your sprites, don't worry!)
