Open Spirits return...

Vanish fell silent, and watched the peculiar ray circle around Not-Xhan. "I think she has a plan," he whispered to Angelo.
 
"If the ray can confuse just the maraxus aspect of xhan then the real xhan will be able to tkae over" Angelo whispered back. "Might that be her plan?"
 
Maraxus stumbled. Confusion flooded his head. "Wha-? What're you doing?" He saw a Tyrantitar in front of him, although it wasn't necsacariy there. "Bring, it!" He swung his arms from side to side, in an attempt to attack the Tyranitar. Xhan, in the confines of his mind, spotted the weak point. He bashed at Maraxus' mind, and broke through. Maraxus' mind cleared and Xhan felt foggy. The two switched back and forth, attempting to gain control. When Xhan was in control, he suddenly shot an Aura Sphere at himself, brielfy illuminating the cave. His mind cleared, but his victory was short-lived. Maraxus, now that the threat of confusion was over, shot into Control. He stood up, and wiped the dust off of himself. "Nice try. Xhan thought the shock might end the confusion. It did, but it knocked him out and allowed me to gain control. Now, if you don't mind, I'll be continuing with my life."
 
Firebird turned to Angelo. "Do you think using Attract would help?" she whispered, using Supersonic around the cave.

In her louder voice, she said, "Careful, there's a bit of a slope to this part of the cave."
 
"Yes. That i'm sure would only affect maraxus as he would be the one in control when it takes affect" Angelo whispered back.

"I am tempted to just oversoul him... but that would make it three minds in one body... I'm not sure if his body would be able to handle it..."
 
"If he looks into either of us," Vanish told Angelo quietly, "He'll get his soul stolen. Plus he won't be able to gain control even if he tried, because he'll be in some sort of endless rift beyond ourselves. What do you think we should do?"
 
"But if maraxus predicts that then he might put xhan in control adn xhan would be lost" Angelo whispered back
 
"I have a simple way to find out" Angelo said as he warped himself and vanish into the library

"Welcome to the library of eternity... time should stand almost still untill he come out"
 
Vanish looked at Angelo and nodded.
"Thank you Angelo... we should use our time well; even if we are gone just for a second in real time, that may be long enough for Maraxus to injure our allies.

"Would you be kind enough to help me find what we're looking for?"
 
Angelo floated inbetween two bookshelves "There should be a book here that has details on how to safely exorcise a spirit. I have no hands and i am still weak from the destiny bond... You will have to find it."
 
Vanish nodded. "I will do that."

He stepped through the dark aisle up next to Angelo and looked at the shelves. The books looked dusty to him, but he wasn't sure whether they were or not. Searching, he ran his off-white fingers across the book spines, barely not touching them. Something might happen if he wasn't careful enough.

"Like you said, it's here somewhere."

After he finished his sentence, he searched the shelf below the one he had first looked at.

"I need to search thoroughly to make sure we don't miss a single title. Speaking of which, do these manuscripts even have titles?"
 
"Some do... The one were looking for did if i remember correctly... All the ones with titles are on the shelf above my head. It was called something like "The spirits withen" or something along the lines of that"
 
"Thanks for telling me that," said Vanish. He turned around and moved his eye slowly along the shelf. All of them started with "S" as they were supposed to, since "the" always went at the end.

Spirits Within, The, thought Vanish. He finally found it; it was near the right end of the shelf. He reached up and curled his fingers around its sides before carefully sliding it out of its position.

"This one?" he asked, turning the cover of the book over.
 
((Why do you guys always get to go into the library? D:))

Firebird suddenly wondered where they had gone. She flitted about, alarmed, dashing around the room in a blur of red and blue.
 
((Angelo: He can warp people into it.
Vanish: He's Ghost-type, like Angelo, and he thinks that exorcism will work best on another thing if you're a Ghost-type too.))
 
((Because i guard it and vanish's memory of it will be wiped once we leave the rock tunnel. Don't worry you will ge tto go soon enough...))

Angelo hovered above vanish, Reading the book "Hm. In order to safely remove a malovent spirit from a host body you must take the souls of both the host and the invader and transfer them into a container. Then you must use a third soul to help over rule the invading spirit's power. Once the invading spirit is no more transfer the souls back into their original bodies. And that is all it says..."
 
((Dang it, now I don't feel like Firebird's important anymore, except for the fact that she's needed to get through Rock Tunnel D: What, am I a lower rank than everyone else just because I'm not a ghost? It's not my fault I like Zubat better than Shuppet!))

Firebird regained her sense, figuring they just phased out. She continued to navigate through the tunnel.
