Yes, it is entirely scratched, with a custom pallet to boot! Its the first time I ever attempted such a thing...and it turned out nice. My only problem is that its head looks a little too roundish. And some of the parts, mainly the legs, look similar to other sprites, but those too were scratched, and if you look at them closely you can see that a few pixels are different as well. So...comment!
 
It does look like it got a little fat. Probally because of how that one leg sticks out...another thing to work on. While making it, sometimes it looked like a generic anime cat for some reason. And I'll get to work on eevee tomorrow.
