Theme: Hallowe'en Pokemon!

As a delayed continuation to week 14, this week we'll be dressing up Pokemon in Halloween costumes! Simple as that. What would a Pokemon find scary and appropriate for a Halloween costume? Be creative!

Also, a new rule from here on out, just so you guys know: Finalists are barred from entering the next week to give others a chance. The week after that, they may enter again. We'll test this rule for a few weeks, see how it goes, what feedback we get.

Well, there's two entries, at least...

And Andalite191 (and others from past weeks I've noticed), while your sprite would definitely be within the limits if you cropped all that white out, you have it 90 x 90 pixels instead of 80 x 80 pixels.

Please remember in the future that it's 80 x 80 D: I'll let it slide since obviously it's smaller than 80 x 80, but it really drives me kinda nuts.
