EDIT: I don't know whether the gallery on the first page means you can choose any starter from it, but if it's Starter Shop current Pokémon only, then I'll go with Piplup. I'm not sure because the first post here was made after the last edits to the guidelines and starter shop.

(I'm not quite clear on how certain evolutions work, like Happiny -> Chansey or Aipom -> Ambipom, but I included their evolution items anyway (Oval Stone, TM Double Hit.) How do these evolutions work?)
