• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

Open The Great Flood (AKA another Zelda RPG.)

Ohayou just smiled, smearing different materials on the sword.

Suddenly, the sword glowed bright white, and in an explosion, it burst into flames.
"Ahh!!" Ohayou yelled, shoving it into it's scabbard, which put the flames out.

After he calmed down, he looked over to Eric.
"Ok, everything's done, and the magic words for turning depantsing on and off are 'Banana pies are exploding in cake towers!!!' You totally saw that coming from a mile away, didn't you?" he asked, not expecting an answer.

After about a minute of merely standing there and waiting for the claw to come back up, it finally surfaced, with a treasure chest in its grip.

"Haha! Let's see what the reward is," Lita eagerly half-shouted. She opened the chest...

A silver rupee! Hallalujah!

"Haha! Treasure! Hee hee!" Lita took the silver rupee and shoved it in her wallet, then she got out several red rupees.

"Yeah, I figured you guys might want a reward," She said. "Sasrie should have two of these for her trouble.... Meanwhile, set a course for the Tower of the Gods. One of the treasure charts I looked at was of that tower, and it smelled so much like treasure.... Just set the course!" Lita shouted, going belowdecks to see Sasrie and Mariah, the healer.

"Sasrie! I have a reward for your trouble," Lita called. instantly both Sasrie and Mariah walked to her with quizzical looks on their faces.

"Yes. Here," She gave Mariah one red rupee, and Sasrie two.

"That extra one is because of your wound. I hope that'll make up for it." With that she turned around and went back up to the deck and the crow's nest.

Tiravs, having left port, decided to take a little bit of a detour. With pirates moving around, he would move south east first, then make a straight course to the tower of the gods.

(By the way, guys... I think it would be best if everyone else reached the Tower of the Gods before Lita did, because Tiravs has obviously seen her ship in battle before and I don't think anyone would want to go to the Tower of the Gods if they see the Light of Dawn sitting there with cannons at the ready and fishing up treasure.

So Lita will be last to arrive there.)

Still bored out of her skull.
"You'd think I'd be a bit more excited, being on an adventure and all."
Silence.
"Oh sweet Farore, I'm losing it. Didn't I just say that before? And now I'm talking out loud to myself. S-"
She continued mumbling for a while before finally falling asleep.
After a while, Mica woke up. She thought she heard the faint sound of waterfalls from somewhere. She stood up and looked for the source of the noise. The Zora could just barely make out a tower, still very far away.
"Oh, hello. Giant tower. Of the Gods."
She flopped back down on the floor, waiting until the boat hit something or something interesting happened, at least.

Crystal could feel something, something seemingly like a force, changing her direction to th Tower of the Gods. She decided to go with it, since she has heard rumors of treasure, so it seemed to work out...

Nemik activated his Echo Jar again, smearing his hands in more sticky juice, and again there was a rush of wind which was absorbed into the jar -

He could see for miles again. Somewhere to the North, and slightly east, was Windfell isle, the ominous Great Glob towering behind it-

Nemik returned to reality and glanced at his passenger. "Windfell Isle it is," he said, "Anywhere else after that?"

He pulled up the anchor again and wrapped it around the ship's railing, then went to the wheel again. He glanced at the sun - he knew it was late afternoon, so the sun would be on the western half of the sky, which was straight ahead, He turned the ship about 50 degrees to the right.

"You can go downstairs if you want to rest or anything," he told the other Minish.

"Well, after I...acquire a ship on Windfell, I'm intending to sail to the Tower of Gods to find out about the flood and hopefully reverse it. My sister, Sparkle, fell off of one of the cliffs in the Fairy's Forest, you see, and I've got this feeling that if I reverse the flood, I'll find her. Every time I cast an enchantment on that ship, it felt as though I was making another step towards finding her...it was very creepy indeed." Starr shivered a bit, then stood up (not that it made much difference to his height) and walked below deck, yawning. The healing potion was making him feel better already.

The Phoenix soon arrived at the Tower of the Gods. Eric looked up, amazed at the sight of the tower. "Wow, what a sight..." he said softly. He then went to his cabin to gather his supplies.

Bow, check. Arrows, check. Golden Claw, check. Ohayou... He looked around, checking for his friend. Not here. Maybe I can escape before he decides to come along... He means well, but, erm... His randomness may get us killed in there... Eric thought to himself

It felt like it had been hours since Ruka had set off toward the Tower of the Gods from the Weeping Mother. Even though she knew it had only been about half of one.

"Aaaargh! How long does this take!" She shouted to no one in particular.

Ohayou popped out from under the floorboards, holding a large pack of magic supplies.
"Thought you could sneak out without me, eh?" he said ubruptly, "And even if my randomness gets us killed, I will come back as a spirit and haunt your spirit with my ghostly randomness."

He looked around.
"Let's go!" he cried, running in the opposite direction of the exit.
"Wait... Other way!" he cried again, running past Eric to the exit.

Tiravvs, making steady course for the Tower of the gods, Felt the three goddesses smiling on him, As it turned out, his boat his an ocean current heading eastward, so, with the wind at his back, he tossed a blue rupee into the sea as thanks for this gift.

Lita stood at the prow, watching the seas in front instead of sitting in the crow's nest like she was supposed to. She couldn't help it. She enjoyed the sea spraying her... It felt heavenly, like a cool breeze on a burning hot day....

"Make for Dragon Roost isle," she commanded.

Mica was staring off into space, trailing a toe in the water as the ship went by. It was sunny and there was enough wind to move at a good speed. She didn't notice the bright red ship nearby until she was about to hit it. Being as there was really no way to steer the boat, (Because of a lack of money and patience) this could be bad.
"Oh sweet mother of Ruto. LOOK OUT, PERSON IN THAT SHIP!!"
Fortunately, at the last moment a gust of wind filled the sails and Ruto's Revenge swerved to the left. It looked like both ships had some paint scraped off, but it was better than a head-on collision. The Zora hit herself in the face for being that stupid. Not that knowing what was going to happen would've helped, but still. She cupped her hands around her mouth and shouted,
"Sorry!!"

"Ugh... Wish I could take a nap, but I can't..." Ruka muttered. It felt like she was getting hungry too. But she could eat later. Because for now, it felt as if something was calling her to that old tower.

The Light of Dawn already was closing in on Dragon roost. Lita smiled to herself. The winds must have felt like liking her today.

"Ah.... I could use that spring in there somewhere...."

Yes, that had been the sole reason she came.

Tiravs sat in The Tempest, reading from the book of the Triforce.

"And so the hero came across his childhood friend, dead yet reborn by the power of the dieties to serve and protect the forest she so dearly loved. And so she said "Go forth, my friend, I shall assist you in your journey" before giving him a round medallion that smelled of springtime meadows and felt like damp wood" he read, closing it.

Ah...it's so relaxing here he thought to himself, stowing the book into the compartment underneath the deck. He smiled faintly, watching the tower rising in the distance before him.

"...Oh goddesses three, I ask that ye grant me safe passage into this your sanctum, so that I may attempt to appease whatever force, be it you or another, malevalent force, is causing the flooding of our seas. In the name of the triforce, the master sword, and the hero garbed in green, amen." he prayed as he approached.

(Uh, as I said, water is gushing out of all sides from the tower of gods, so you wouldn't be able to just sail right in...and please stop capitalizing random words.)

"Here we are, Windfell Island."

Nemik poked his head down the trapdoor and saw the passenger was still there, thankfully. "If you'd like to go and get your new boat now. I'll go, if you like. I mean, there's nothing else I can do for you..." he stopped, looking down at himself and feeling useless.
