It has been 20 years since Team Magma attempted to bring Groudon to life from Mount. Chimney and since then the previous leader, Maxie, has retired and appointed one of his top scientists to the head of the organization. They have re-inhabited their base outside of Lilycove City. They have devised a new plan, not to capture Groudon or save Kyogre, but capture two new pokemon that were not in their sights 20 years ago. Latios and Latias.

Rules:
• Normal TCoD rules
• Put 'Aqua' in your form to prove you read this
• You may have up to 2 characters if you can balance them
• Please try to post once every two days
• There will be only room for 3 Admins, and then you will need to be a grunt
• Grunts and Peons are the same level
• Personalities are assumed PO, no matter what.
• You play as a member of Team Magma, if you haven't yet picked that up
• You will be warned about rule infractions twice, and the third time your character will be killed.

As an admin and a leading scientist, he often wears a white button-down shirt and red tie to go with a pair of dull red slacks, though he keeps an official Magma hooded sweatshirt with him in an oversized briefcase, along with research documents and a laptop computer.

Appearance: Lucas is 5'5" tall, REALLY DARK-brown hair which reach down to his shoulders and light blue eyes. He wears the usual Team Magma uniform, but doesn't usually wear the hood, black pants that reach to the middle of his lower legs. But he usually sleeps or just lays in bed(average 13 hours a day) due drug abuse when he was younger, and when he do he just wear underpants and a aqua blue T-shirt.

Wow, I didn't think that this RP would be this popular. Okay, you are both accepted. And now. WE START! When you start you are in your quarters and have just gotten a page on your Pokénav via mach call to come to the conference room for a meeting. You have no idea about the plan yet.


Dr. Lehrer had just woken up from a long rest and had sent out a page. He had put on his lab coat and opened his door and was walking briskly to the Conference room. He entered the room and sat down at the head of the table, and took out a file and placed it in front of him.
