Amanda was sitting in her quarters patiently, when her PokéNav rang a bit. She picked the round mechanism up and looked at the screen; there was one new call. It told her taht she should head to the conference room. Nodding, she walked hastily to the meeting, ready for anything.

Lucas entered the conference room, carrying a white pillow, "I'm here" He said, sounding tired like usual, he dragged out the chair next to Dr. lehrer, and put the pillow on the table in front of him, "Do you mind if I sleep before the meeting? I'm tired"

"Sometimes, I wonder why Maxie ever made you an Admin, but whatever. No, you can't sleep on the job, you slept enough last night, I'm sure. We have some important buisness to do, and I can't have one of my admins sleep while we do it. If you sleep before, you might not be able to get up." Dr. Lehrer said in a joking tone.

A meeting, eh? I wonder what this one's going to be about. The new plan, perhaps?

Shurgging, he ran down the hall toward the conference room.

"Yeah, your an Administrator, and I am the head of the Organization. So you watch your mouth or I will have you demoted and replaced, or even killed. Okay? Learn to control your need to sleep all of the time, it is starting to annoy me." He said, starting to be annoid by the insolence of his members, and hoping one of his serious Admins would come soon.

Quickly, Amanda entered the room. "What is this meeting about, sir?" She asked Dr. Lehrer. She sat down on a nearby chair.

"Finally, someone that I can trust and is actually competent. All will be revealed when everybody comes here. But I can say that it will be groundbreaking, involving two certain Pokemon, one red and one blue, and they aren't Groudon and Kyogre. One thing I find Maxie silly for is trying to capture Groudon."

"Sir, I await your orders, requests, favors, and other such commands," Kailani said as he entered the room, saluting Dr. Lehrer as he did so.

Dr. Lehrer saluted back and then wondered out loud, "Why didn't Maxie promote you instead of that ridiculously sleepy Lucas guy?" He then thought to himself, Maybe I should switch their positions, with Kailani being competent and all, and Lucas being... tired.

Red and blue...not Groudon and Kyogre...well this is interesting

"So sir, if it's not Groudon or Kyogre, are they at least legendaries? Or are we taking things slowly and capturing regular Pokemon?"

"You mean regular weak pokemon? Not a chance. That would be easy, just an ultra ball and my Blaziken and we would be done, but a pair of legends, THEY are worth it. We catch them, and I have designed a machine that can harness their power and allow us to create a beam that will allow us to control the weather, and then use that to take over the Hoenn Region." he said to the insolent Peon

"I might be tired, but I do my job" Lucas said, "And what could do the job Kyogre and Groudon couldn't do?" He began biting on the loose thread on his shirt, "What kind of being could with the help of humans do something that there was beings created to do?"

"Correct, insolent Peon! Kyogre and Groudon are actually TOO powerful for the job, because they are impossible to harness. But my studies of Latios and Latias say that they are NOT too powerful, and can be caught with some advanced methods that I have developed."
