D/P/Pt Where are the Shard people?

Actually more of a harmour fan
In Platinum, I know there are a few people around Sinnoh who collect Shards, and they can tutor your Pokemon some moves. However, I'll need some advice since I've only found the one west of Pastoria. Can someone tell me where the others are?
 
Couldn't you have checked Serebii or Bulbapedia? Well, I would help, but my computer doesn't want to load Serebii or Bulbapedia and I also only found the Pastoria one. Actually, I found another, but I'm not sure where it is at. It might be near Sunnyshore or Snowpoint.
 
The second is in the upper right corner of Snowpoint, and I believe the third is in the Battle Area (which is rather unfortunate because that one has all the interesting moves and you can't reach him until beating the league).
 
The last one is above the Survival Area; you need to use Rock Climb from the route next to it to get there.
