• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

Closed X: The step into other worlds

"Serious is pretty much the opposite of their relationship..." Zora muttered from behind them.
"I heard that!" Cyndra snapped.
"So what of it...?"
"Oooh you..." she cut off there, so as to avoid getting more violent.

Jax glared.

"Fight. Here. Now." Jax growled, "Battle...to the death! You know, I'm illegal in 34 states, Distirct of Coumbia, Canada, Europe, and Australia! I have connections...to Chuck Norris and the Mafia. No escape now, Cyn-brat."

She pulled out a giant axe.

"Oy!" Rhythm yelled, lifting his wings up and hovering in between the two.
"Not in the kitchen. There are good danishes here. And we don't want anyone killed anyways."

"Whatever..." Cyndra growled, "Just stay away from him..."
"...I'm confused." Frost muttered, sitting down and clutching his head.
"You aren't the only one..." Darkness agreed.
"That was..." Zora mumbled, "Just... wow..."

Rhythm groaned, and gripped his sword. The tension in the room was rising rapidly, and it worried him. Someone was going to get hurt, he could feel it.
"Come now, Jax. She got him before you. Give it up."

Cyndra snorted and sat in a chair next to him.
"I'm not a jerk, I'm just in a particularly bad mood..."
"Then explain-"
"Shut up."

Rhythm hovered back to his seat, his hand still firmly on the sword.
"Sometimes it just goes clear over the line..." He muttered to himself, still very tense.

Frost facepalmed.
"I don't even know her... what the hell was that?"
"That was... Jax." Darkness replied simply.
"Is she always that-"
"Yes." came the unanimous response.

"Watch your back." Rhythm muttered, glancing at Frost. "She looks pretty interested in you. And when Jax is interested..." He shuddered, then just turned and stared out the nearby window.

Jax put on her cute clothes. She also put on a long blue robe. She soon shimmered out of view. An invisibility robe.

She crept down the stairs and into the kitchen, where Deax had set the places for dinner. Deax was a thorough girl, she had labeled every seat and asked everyone for what they'd drink. Perfect.

Jax brought out a clear vial with a extremely slightly tint of pink liquid. It usually looks clear, even with that pinkness. She poured it carefully into Frost's drink.

Jax ran off to her room to get out of the robe. She reached the kitchen when she heard the call of "DINNER!"

Perfect.

Rhythm sighed, then relaxed in the chair. At the moment, he really didn't feel like moving at all. Although, he still felt rather cold, even with his wings wrapped around him. But he'd somehow get through that. Eventually.

"Not hungry..." Zora groaned in reply.
"Why do I suspect something suspiciously suspicious...?" Cyndra muttered to herself as she watched Frost eagerly run into the room to get it, "I know they did some damn thing..."
"Shut up..." she was delivered a swift smack to the head by her other sister as she walked by.

"Calm down, Cyndra." Rhythm muttered, looking up at the ceiling and leaning back in his chair.
"You're probably just pissed that Jax moved up on your boyfriend. It's really nothing." After that, he began to start shivering and shook his head.
"Alright, I've had enough. It's too cold out here." He groaned, standing up and beginning to walk out,

Frost glanced at her anxiously, then at his drink. He took a bite slowly. She was up to something.
Cyndra groaned.
"I know, I know. But you said it yourself. When Jax is attracted to something..." she stopped there. No more needed to be said.

"I checked everything as soon as I made it. I'm sure Jax couldn't of done anything in that short time." Deax said.

Rhythm was about to respond to that, but sighed and decided not to. He was about to start off for his room, but then he realized it would be no warmer there than out here. Sighing again, he walked right back into the kitchen.
