"...Alright, Zora, I'm trusting you with that." Rhythm sighed. "But I'm not relaxing until this whole charade is over."
Opal chose a chair next to Carmina, still smiling. At the moment she sat down, Rhythm heard a knock on the front door.
"Who the hell..?" He muttered, going to answer.
 
With that, Zora shrugged and rested back in her chair as he went to get the door.
Carmina looked up at the door, and was about to get up and answer it herself when Rhythm got up to do it.
"Hm, wonder who that is." she muttered idly.

"Family...?" Darkness asked.
"Yes... well, not exactly a family, but I'd lived with them since I was little... My parents are dead and the woman I lived with till age six was horribly murdered... They found me right as the killer was going to..." she shivered mid-sentence.
"...I see..."
"They were all sent off like me, and I shudder to think..."
 
Rhythm opened the door to see a male about his age, with rainbow-dyed hair which was quite long and tattered. Every article of his clothes except for his long jacket were torn in multiple places. The only thing that was acceptable on him was his bright green eyes. Other than that, to Rhythm, he looked quite pathetic.
"Hi...Could you let me in? It's sorta freezing out here..." The boy muttered, looking up at Rhythm pleadingly.
"...Yeah, come on in."
 
Zora blinked at him for a minute.
"That hair...is... amazing."
Carmina couldn't help but chuckle to herself.
"My my my..." she muttered to herself, "Didn't know we'd be getting in someone like that..."
 
"Thanks. It's a bit messed up because of the weather outside, but thank god the color's still there." The boy said, smiling.
"Oh, I forgot to introduce myself. My name's Landon. Pleased to meet you all."
 
"I see." Zora muttered, "Name's Zora. Nice to meet you too."
"Carmina. Charmed."
Spirit slinked out of her room and peered around the corner.
"Well who is this?"

"Come on, let's go out by the others." Darkness urged.
"Ohhh..." Kirita moaned, flopping back onto the bed.
"Kirita... just remember this. We'll always be your family. I'm going to go out. You follow when you fee like it." with that, she strided out of the room.
 
Landon blinked at Spirit, specifically her clothes. Instead of questioning anything, he just simply waved.
"Name's Landon. Nice to meet you." He then turned to Rhythm, and just then he saw the wings.
"I, uh...won't ask."

When Darkness left, Raiquen sighed and walked into the room Kirita was in,
"Hey, Kirita...Just came to give you some company. I can leave if you want me to..."
 
"Spirit. Pleasure to meet you." Spirit bowed and flashed him a smile.
However, at that moment, Darkness happened to walk out and spot Landon.
"Who's the guy with the hair?" she muttered.

Kirita looked up at Raiquen as he walked in and smiled weakly as he said he came to give her company.
"Please stay..." she whispered, "I would like it very much if you would..."

Landon blinked at Jax.
"Whoa, dear, calm down. I didn't mean to get you all fired up..."
"Don't worry, she's just annoyed right now." Rhythm muttered.

"As you wish..." Raiquen sighed, pulling up a chair and sitting next to the bed, "If you need to talk about anything, I'm here..."
 
"If you need to blame anyone for it, blame my sister and her boyfriend... It's a long story." Zora muttered. She glanced over at Jax and sighed.
"I see." Darkness mumbled as she sat down. She found that she couldn't stop staring at his hair.

"Rai..." Kirita moaned. The shock still consumed her, but she couldn't help but feel that they were still alive somehow. The tears continued to pour out. She wanted to tell him, to pour her soul out to him, but she couldn't find the right words.
"Just... oh... my family... I may have figured out what happened to them... yet I feel like they're alive somehow... so confused..."
 
Landon looked around the room, then stared back at Darkness.
"Is my hair really standing out that much?"
"Dude, it's a rainbow. Come on." Rhythm muttered.

Raiquen stared sadly, then reached over and slowly wiped the tears off of Kirita's face.
"Family...? You never mentioned any family..."
 
"It's amazing." Zora and Darkness both mumbled at the same time.
"I must admit, it is pretty awesome." Spirit agreed.

Kirita noticed his sad glance and sighed as he wiped her tears away.
"Well, they weren't exactly your conventional family... my real family is all dead..." she sobbed, "but they saved me when I was very young... and I considered them to be ever since... It was a group of girls around my age and older... I'm so confused... Logic tells me that after they started disappearing they should be dead, but I get the feeling... that maybe they're still alive..." she looked up at him again.
 
"It looks okay." Jax mumbled.

She wanted to punch someone in the face right then. But she didn't, sadly.

"To be honest, I can't really remember my natural hair color. But I like this better." Landon muttered. He nervously glanced at Jax, partially because she looked like she wanted to kill something.

Raiquen looked over at the wall as she spoke. When she finished, he sighed sadly and turned to look her in the eyes.
"If they are alive, then we'll find them. I promise you."
 
Zora glanced at Jax and sighed, but said nothing. Darkness mumbled something under her breath, and Spirit pulled up a chair and also watched Jax nervously.

Kirita sobbed gently again, then wrapped her arms around him and hugged him tightly.
"Thank you... I suppose I needed to hear that... I really hope you're right..."
 
"Um, anyways...Why is this place in the middle of a snowy forest?" Landon asked, stroking his hair nervously.
"I suppose because Acacia likes the forest environment. She looks like that type." Rhythm muttered.
"Acacia?"
"The one who actually owns this place. We're just here to live in it for a few."
----------
Raiquen hugged her back, listening to her sobs sadly.
"I swear on my life. We will find them..." He whispered slowly.
